I'm a Little confused about this I have herd that Eiichrio Oda said that none of the characters [execpt in flashbacks] die if thats true than how come most of the villains [such as Arlong or Enel ] are never seen again, the only ones I know for a fact are alive and dead, are Captain Buggy and Crocodile. This could be a misunderstanding but I just want to clear things up.

Most of the villians are in jail, and some of them are in the manga covers that show what they are doing. Buggy is currently going after Luffy, and Crocodile is in Enpel Down. Enel is on the moon and Arlong is probably in jail.

Actually people do die in One piece, but it's been with really minor characters.

    1. Mr.11-shot in the face by one of the billions, dead.
    2. Roshio the executuioner-killed by Bellamy, dead
    3. The guy who ventured into Upper Yard who threatened to kill Nami-killed by Eneru, dead.

Didn't Mr. 2 (Bon Clay) die because he was drowing by the side-effect of his Devil Fruit?

What? Bon Clay never died! When the SH's first met him, yes he was drowning. But he was saved, also didn't you see him fighting Sanji in Alaubarna, and he acted as diversion so the SH's could escape from Captain Hina.

No, he cant go to different dimensions with his fruit. He goes to other places like from inside a house to the outside with his powers.

Its a different dimension. How do you think he "opens" a "door" in mid air?

It is another dimension... He is clearly seen in the exact same area as Luffy during his fight but the background is distorted and tinted green indicated that he is in the same space different dimension. Even in the manga with its absence of color shows him in the same area.

    4. Bellemere was killed by Arlong.
    5. Gol D Roger was executed.

    ***SPOILER***
Oda-sensai has mentioned in an interview that Luffy doesn't kill any of his opponents. Rather, he feels it's more humiliating to crush their dreams. Or something like that.

Correct. That now makes nine confirmed deaths, since I completely forgot Montblanc Norland, who was also executed.

He's not dead. This is One Piece. No named character ever dies unless it is a flashback.

Ace's vivre card burning up is a pretty good indication.

Most likely a piece of ash or crap will reform. It's One Piece. Oda doesn't kill important characters in non flashbacks. There are numerous characters who were thought to be dead or should have died and still survived.
