...eeeeeyeah. Honestly, I'm not gonna knock 4Kids for this one. "Eneru" is just as heavily a used (if not more) romanization than "Enel" (which I think was kinda just guessed by Kaizoku-Fansubs anyhow), and "Lord" seems like a better replacement for "God" than anything else I could think of as far as I can see. I can guess that prettymuch ANY company that licensed the show would've had to make that type of change if they were airing it on American television, considering how enel...s'cuse me; ANAL people are about religion and what not over here. And "Rumble Rumble" fruit, if I'm not mistaken, comes from the fact that "Goro Goro" is Japanese onomatopiea for the sound of thunder, so that's not that bad of a translation, and isn't as bad as something like "THA ZAP ZAP FRUIT, EL OH EL!".
