      • John Newland: (Opening) It's a pleasant apartment, nice room, for such a terrifying thing to happen. But who among us can ever know when or where the psychic lightning will strike and who amoung us is ever really prepared for a shattering glimpse into the world of the unknown. Certainly Anthony March was not, this is his Greenwich Village apartment in New York City. It's a comfortable, charming room, it has nice furniture, pictures on the wall as a matter of fact it has everything that should make a man happy and comfortable with the possible exception of a view. The view as from many other Greenwich village apartments consists of other windows from other rooms, however don't forget this window, it's a very special window.

      • Anthony: (painting her picture) Jeannie could you look a little more alive.
        Jeannie: I'm alive.
Anthony: About as alive as a dead duck.
Jeannie: Look Mr. March for twenty five dollars an hour your not going to get Audrey Hepburn you know.

      • Hotel Manager: (looking thru the window at March) How did he know? How in God's name did he know? How did he know??????
