(Mouth and Shelly getting dress after sleeping together) Mouth: Shelly, are you ok? I mean was, was that ok? Shelly: Yea... I just have to find my shirt. (Skills walks in) Skills: Oh, my bad. (shuts the door) Nice work though! Mouth: Shelly.. Mouth: Hey, hey don't cry. Skills won't tell anyone, I promise. Shelly: You don't understand, I gotta go. (She finds her shirt) Mouth: But tonight, this I mean, this was the start of really good. This was the start of us. Can't you feel that? Shelly: I'm a clean teen. I'm THE clean teen. I could love you, I know I could, but I can't. Mouth: Then what was this? Shelly: (sighs) This was good-bye. Mouth: Shelly please don't go. Shelly: Mouth, don't call me. If you really like me, just let me go.

Shelly: Mouth? Are you ok? Mouth: No. Shelly: I know it's my fault. (whispers) I'm sorry. Mouth: It's just hard, you know. I look at you, and it hurts so much to know that we can't be together. Shelly: Mouth... Mouth: And, I know you're a clean teen Shelly, but what do you want me to say? That I don't want to sleep with you? That I don't want the my first time to be with you? Well, I can't say that 'cuz that would be a lie. From the moment I saw you, I was hooked and then I got to look into to those beautiful eyes and kiss you. And now, that's all I want to do. I could kiss you forever, but I know I'm not good enough. Shelly: (Tearfully) No... (Shelly begins kissing Mouth)

Nathan: I don't feel like such a good guy right now. Haley: why? Nathan: I went to see my mom this morning and I think I was kinda hard on her. Haley: Babe, if anybody's needed tough love, it's your mom. Nathan: I know. But she's gonna be released in a few days and she told me she's scared to be alone in the house. She's gonna slip Haley, I can feel it! Haley: Oh, then why don't we do something about it? Nathan: Like what? Haley: I don't know... we need to save money, she needs help. We could let the apartment go and we could move in to her house. Yeah! Look, it'd be perfect! We'd save a ton of money, we'd be there to watch her 24/7, and everybody wins! Nathan: And Peyton thinks I'm a martyr Haley: Well, you know, she's your family, she's a train wreck but she's your mom. Nathan: You'd do that for her? Haley: No, but I'd do that for you.

Bevin: (To Haley) I thought you and Nathan were married.

Haley: Uhm, have you guys seen Rachel? Chase: She was holding court in the living room Haley: Clothed or unclothed? Brooke: Clothed, but it was about ten minutes ago, so you never know. (Haley seems annoyed and is set out to find Rachel to kick her out.)

(Nathan walks in on Lucas holding a picture of Keith) Nathan: Luke, you gotta help me find some booze, man, or it's going to get ugly down there. You gotta let this go man. (Nathan takes the picture of Keith) Keith's gone, Luke. Jimmy's gone. Nothing's going to bring them back. But you got a ton of people that love you out there and in a few months, most of those people are gonna go their seperate ways. So what do you say big brother? Let's have some fun. (Nathan pats Luke on the back, and Lucas smiles)

Skills: Don't look now, Mouth, but Shelly all up in here right now. Mouth: Where? Skills: 12 o'clock and closing fast. (We see Shelly rushing over to talk to Mouth) Mouth: Okay, on the count of three we're out of here. ready? Three. (Skills and Mouth split.)

(Haley enters the principal's office and knocks on the door) Haley: Hey principal Turner, you wanted to see me? Principal: Yes, please have a seat, Haley. Haley: Okay. (sighs and takes a seat) Principal Turner: We discovered who stole the calculus exam and unfortunately, it's someone you know. Rachel Gatina. Haley: Oh, uhm. It's not... Are you sure it's rachel? Principal Turner: Well, I've spoken to Miss Gatina, I'm quite sure. Haley you were tutoring her and access to that test was under your direct supervision. Haley: I know. I didn't give her the... Principal Turner: I'm sorry. But I'm afraid I have no choice but to resign your position at the tutor center effective immediately. Haley: No. Principal Turner, listen! Principal Turner: My decision is final. I'll need your key. (Haley goes in her purse to find the key, and puts it on his desk and gets up to leave) Principal Turner: Sorry it came to this, Haley. Word of advice, you might take a good look at who your real friends are.

Chase: Maybe you passed the test this time. I mean, stranger things have happend, like Brooke Davis is dating a clean teen. Brooke: Maybe. I mean it didn't feel that bad. Oh, who am I kidding? There is no way I passed that test. Chase: Brooke, this could be the change you need to start over. Think about it, if you pass this time, you did it all on your own. Brooke: Yeah, and if I didn't pass, I'm going to get expelled from school and my life as I know it is over. Chase: I believe in you. (Over the intercome "Brooke Davis please report to the principals office, immediately.") Brooke: Well, okay then, dead girl kissing. (Chase and Brooke kiss) Chase: Good luck. Brooke: Thanks.

(Nathan is going to visit his mom in rehab) Deb: Nathan.(Deb stands up) Nathan: Hi. Deb: Uhm, I-I wasn't sure you'd want to see me. Nathan: To be honest i wasn't sure I was coming. Deb: Oh, honey, I'm so sorry. Nathan: Suicide? Nice one mom, and thanks for the note, by the way Deb: Please nathan don't, you can't begin to understand this disease. Nathan: Disease? Is that what you're calling it now? Peytons mom, Ellie, had a disease, cancer, that's a disease mom. What you have is a weakness. And when the hell are you going to start fighting it. Deb: I know. I know I've been weak. But I, uh, I'm scared. Nathan: Of what? Your terrible life in that big expensive house cause I'm not seeing it, mom. What are you so scared of? Deb: Myself. Itds easy in here. I have a support team to stay sober, but out there, a lone, I'm not sure I can trust myself. Nathan: Mom, you better figure it out because if things don't change soon you're not going to have anything to come home to. (walks out)

Principal Turner: As some of you may know, it has come to my attention that one of you cheated on the last exam. So today we're all going to take a pop quiz, and I asure you when I discover who that cheater is they will be dealt with in the harshest possible way. Rachel: (To Brooke) Didn't see that one coming.

Rachel: (To Brooke) So I like reading your mail, guilty pleasure.

(About Glenda) Peyton: What book? Lucas: Oh, I uh loaned her a copy of The Great Gatsby. She`s never read it. Can you believe that? Peyton: Well I took her as more of an Edgar Allen Poe kinda girl.

(Nathan feels Haley's stomach - Baby Scott is kicking) Nathan: I can feel it! That's our boy! Haley: Yeah! (Nathan and Haley hug)

Nathan: Haley! I heard you were fighting Rachel. You punched her? Haley: It was more of a b*tch slap... Skills: Yeah, that was after she threw the drink at her.

(Mouth and Shelly making out in the A/V Room) Shelly: We should slow down. Mouth: Feels like just the right speed to me. (They keep making out) (The bell rings) Shelly: Really. I have to go. Saved by the bell.

Dan: You don't wanna be the guy looking back at blue ruffles. Lucas: Ah, good point. So what'd you wear to prom? Dan: Blue ruffles.

Skills: There he is. Big night dawg, big night. So how you feel? Mouth: Well I lost my virginity, my prom date and the girl I could`ve really loved. All in one Night. To Tell you the truth Skills, I've never felt worse.

Lucas: You`re buying me a tuxedo? Dan: Every man owns his own tuxedo. And every father should know what it feels like to buy one for his son.

Chase: Maybe you passed the test this time, I mean stranger things have happened. Like Brooke Davis is dating a clean teen.

Peyton: (About Lucas) You know I love him. I really do! But I never meant for my love for him to hurt you. Brooke: Thank you, Peyton.

Skills: [to Haley] I told ya I got the kid's back.

[Splashes Rachel in the face with water] Haley: That is for getting me fired. [Slaps Rachel in the face] Haley: And that is trying to sleep with my husband.

Lucas: (voiceover) Do you ever wonder if we make the moments in our lives, or if the moments in our lives make us?

Brooke: (nodding) Yeah,he is. I really like him. Nathan: Good. Brooke: Listen, I'm really sorry about Haley and all tutor center thing. Nathan: Don't be sorry. It's not like it was your fault. Brooke: Yeah. So how come you're not in there, enjoying your big party? Nathan: Well, Skills broke out the old "Ravens Game" footage. (Brooke chuckles) Nathan: I swear, when I watch it, it doesn't even feel like me. Brooke: I should hope not! You were such a jerk! You were dating Peyton... you guys fought all the time... Nathan: Hey! look who's talking. Are you ever gonna let Peyton off him yet? Brooke: Yeah. I guess it's about time, isn't it? Nathan: (Looks at his watch) Yeah. Actually, it is. Don't move. Brooke: (Puzzled) Why? Nathan, what- what's going on? Nathan: The sprinklers. Brooke: What?!!! (sprinklers go off) Brooke: Oh! Oh! You think you're funny?! You are so dead! Nathan: Ahaha! (both wrestle)

(In a bedroom at Nathan's house) Lucas: I thought you said you wanted to wait. Peyton:Do you remember what you said the last time we were here? You said you wanted it all and... I walked away. I made a big mistake that night because all I wanted was sex. Lucas: What do you want now? Peyton: Now I want what you want. I want everything with you. (They kiss)

Peyton: Your mom is gonna come in any second. Lucas: She's working at the cafe, nobody's gonna walk in. (Brooke walks in on Lucas and Peyton kissing on Lucas' bed) Brooke: Okay, my discomfort meter is pretty much pegged.
