When Nathan looks at the emails on the laptop, the subject lines obviously suggest the letters were from Chris. However, the screen says the letters were sent TO Chris Keller. Doesn't make much sense that Haley would be writing Chris "Come sing with me! Your audience awaits!" etc...
The bracelet that we see in the flashback which is the original one from first season is different than the one we see on the table in the second season.
When Lucas is about to leave Brooke's house, the camera is pointing at him. Then it changes and is behind is right shoulder and you see that he has his backpack on because you see the strap on his shoulder. But Lucas never picked up his backpack.
When Felix comes into Brooke's room while Lucas is helping her, the camera is facing Lucas and his hands are folded in his lap. Then when the camera is behind Lucas' right shoulder, Lucas is rubbing his neck, but when the camera is facing Lucas again, his hands are folded in his lap again. There is no way he could move his hands that fast with the amount of time in between the angles of the camera.
The baby Jenny that slept between Jake and Peyton was too young to possibly be Jenny. The Jenny we've seen in other episodes has been several months old, this one looked like a newborn.
Taylor: I know what it's like to search for something more. It's why I'm always running. But then I've never had a Nathan to come home to.
Chris: Looking for an autograph?
Nathan: No, actually, I was looking to kick your ass. But then I realized... why bother? There's nothing here for you. Haley sees what you really are: a pathetic poser. I just wanted to let you know.
Chris: You're wrong. You're just trying to silence that voice inside your head. Yeah, you know the one. It's growing louder every day. It's saying "We're drifting apart. I'm losing her."
Nathan: Actually, it's saying "shut this guy up, once and for all."
Chris: Okay, maybe I'm wrong? Maybe she does love you.
Nathan: She does.
Chris: What if that's not enough?
(Taylor answers the door of Haley and Nathan's apartment and it is Dan)
Dan: Upgrade. I'm Dan.
Taylor: And I'm out of your league.
Dan: Wanna bet?
Nathan: What are you doing here?
Dan: That's the last of your stuff. I need to make some room, Lucas is moving in.
Haley: Lucas is moving in?
Dan: Yeah, guess I'm not the devil after all.
Karen: What the hell are you doing with Lucas?
Dan: So he told you?
Karen: Only that he's moving in with you, not the real reason why.
Dan: He wants to get to know his father.
Karen: That's crap, and we both know it. You're manipulating him somehow.
Dan: No, I'm letting him make a choice. He's a big boy Karen, maybe he needs something more than just his mommy.
Brooke's speech: I thought I knew you, but I guess it's easier to see what we want than to look for the truth. You think you know me, but you don't, and that means you don't know what I can do. You see me as someone who's popular and has all the answers... that's not true. I may not always know what I'm doing, but I'll try to make things better. And when I make a mistake, cause face it we all do, I promise I'll ask for your help. I can't do this alone, but if you'll take a chance on me we can do great things together. I promise if you believe in me, I'll find the courage to reach for your every dream. John F. Kennedy said that courage of life is a magnificent mixture of triumph and tragedy. A man does what he must in spite of personal consequences, in spite of obstacles and dangers and pressures. And that is the basis of all morality.
Lucas: I can't.
Karen: I said unpack!
Karen: Lucas, you can tell me what Dan did or said, and we can fight him together.
Lucas: No Mom, we can't.
Brooke: I haven't stuffed since I started puberty.
Felix: Have you thought of a campaign slogan?
Brooke: Yes. "Vote Brooke for President." It gets straight to the point and short enough for even the stoners to remember.
Felix: You've got the Latin book upside-down.
Brooke: Like I'd be able to read it right side-up?
Dan: How did you convince your mom that you didn't have HCM?
Lucas: I used Keith's negative letter.
Haley: Michelle Branch likes my voice. She thinks I could be a singer. A real one. Chris said that she wants me on tour. I'm so far ahead with classes, and I'd be back in time for finals.
Nathan: So says the great Chris.
Haley: No, this isn't about him Nathan, this is about opportunity. I have my entire life been the reliable one, and the dependable one. And I have always done precisely what is expected of me.
Nathan: Until we got married.
Haley: Exactly. And then I finally did something for me, something that I wanted. And the world didn't end. And I have that chance again.
Nathan: If you leave me...
Haley: This is not the end for us. This is my shot to find out if I am good enough to have a life in music. Or if nights at Tric are all I get.
Nathan: And this has nothing to do with Chris?
Haley: No, absolutely not.
Nathan: Then why haven't you asked me to come with you? Did you kiss him?
Haley: Yes. I'm sorry, you have to believe me, that's not what this is about. Nathan...
Nathan: Haley, listen. If you want to, you should go. But if you do, we're done.
