I love every thing about this episode but my favourite part is when jimmy eat world play hear you me the whole part of that song is amazing when andy leaves and then they all do voice overs i think that was an amazing idea. i was nearly crying when jake left it was so sad i feel sorry for peyton and jake but oh well now with jake out of the way peyton and lucas can get back together all peyton has to do is kill brooke and hide her body in her back garden but i no that doesn't happen because i have seen all the episde so i no shes still there in season 6. OMG jake is in bride wars how good is that =]moreless

I loved the beginning narration! :) Hehe, Brooke and Lucas walk in on Chris tickling Haley. Andy asks Karen to go to New Zealand! I still can't stand Whitey, though. He should marry Dan or something. Otherwise, cool episode. =]moreless
In the first part of the two hour second season finale, things heat up between Lucas and Brooke after they head to New York for an overnight stay with Haley. Nathan and Deb conspire to desert Dan for good, leading to an explosive conclusion when he discovers their plan. Peyton is elated when she gets the band Jimmy Eat World to perform at TRIC in time for Jake's release from jail. Meanwhile, Andy invites Karen to spend the summer in New Zealand. This episode is named after a song by The Veils. The school year is ending, and so are relationships that once seemed so right. Lucas can claim at least one triumph: the evidence of fraud that will destroy Dan. Or is Dan yet agian a step ahead of everyone else? What can I say about this episode? Another great episode. I love One Tree Hill, the writers have done so well, on making it an awesome show. I cant wait to watch the next season of One Tree Hill.moreless
Lucas and Brooke go to New York to see Haley. Peyton gets Jimmy Eat World to play at Tric. Jake is getting out of jail! She is happy, but things go wrong when Nicki shows up with Jenny and leaves. Andy has to go back to New Zealand. He catches Dan putting the ledger in a safe. Andy invites Karen to go with him. Lucas tries to get through to Haley, but she says that she's staying. On the way home, Brooke says it's all right that he has feelings for Peyton. Whitey wants Nathan to go to High Flyers, but Dan doesn't want him to. Haley signs the anullment papers. Jake leaves to go after Nicki. Mouth has to focus on his studies rather than on Erica. This episode was great! Forgive me if I mix up the summaries with this episode and the next. It was so sad when Jake left Peyton. This episode gets a 10 out of 10!moreless
About a half hour into the episode, you see Nathan shooting baskets. There is a quick cut to a board with the Ravens roster. It says Lucas is a sophomore, and Nathan is a senior, which doesn't make sense. First of all both boys are supposed to be juniors and secondly, Lucas was born just a few months prior to Nathan - if anything, Lucas is the older of the two. Also, show creator Mark Schwahn's name inexplicably appears at the bottom.

Brooke: (starts breathing shallowly) I can't breathe. There's no room in Chris' ego! Can we go?
Edit
Mouth: So Mr. Shaw thinks that getting your heart's desire is a tragedy? I say he's wrong. I mean, clearly Shaw never kissed Erica Marsh.
Edit
Whitey: I came to say I'm sorry. Dan, you were a great player. Maybe I was a lousy couch. Maybe I should have listened to you more and eased up a little bit. But we can bury all that now and do what's best for Nathan.
Dan: And you think High Flyers is what's good for him?
Whitey: I think he needs to get away and bathe himself in the game that you taught him to love. The game that gave you all the hopes and dreams it gave me. If saying I'm sorry will help your son, a kid who, by the way, I think the world of, then I'm sorry. I was wrong. And I mean that sincerely.
Dan: You know what, Whitey? You're right. I was a great player, and you were a lousy coach. Still are.
