Pretty good episode. I really liked the time capsule confessions. It really gave us a chance to see the characters hearts in a way we've never really seen before. I'm so mad at both Nathan and Haley! Nathan was stupid for getting mad at her for wanting to go on tour when he encouraged her to do it, and Haley for taking off her ring. They are so perfect for each other, why can't they just be together!? But I'm really glad that Jake and Peyton are finally dating! But what was up with Peyton's hair? I thought the mullet look was out. This has been the worst season for Peyton's hair. Overall, good episode. This show is so good. :-)moreless

A drinking and driving incident lands Nathan and Lucas behind bars. Another great episode.moreless
Whitey presents Tree Hill High with an assignment: to share your views with the world by videotaping yourself and putting it into a time capsule to be opened in 2055. Jake and Peyton finally realize their feelings for each other and go on their first date. They decide to take it slow. Jules decides to tell Keith the truth. Lucas and Nathan get arrested for drinking and driving. Nathan has been so messed up since Haley's departure. Lucas takes the blame for it. Karen and Dan fight with Andy's investigator for custody of Lucas. Lucas chooses to stay with Dan, which breaks Karen's heart. For Brooke's victory, Felix throws her a wild party. Erica gets drunk and Brooke takes her in. Anna reveals to the tape that she is bisexual. After realizing what she has done, she gets Mouth to break in to school with her and erase it. Mouth watches Brooke's segment. Jake reveals to the tape that he's falling in love and Lucas reveals that the reason he's living with Dan is to bring him down. Andy says he's found something about Dan that will get Lucas back. This episode was great! It was very interesting! I loved it! I give it a 10 out of 10!moreless
Nathan reveals that he didn't get Haley's voicemail, and that she answered. However, in Quiet Things That No One Ever Knows, we can hear Haley's answering machine play when Nathan calls her.
Edit
When a person is jailed, they are usually forced to turn over the contents of their pockets. It seems odd then that Lucas would have quarters in his pocket to make a call from inside a jail cell.
Edit
At the party Nathan has a blue cup yet when he is outside in the car it's red.
