Live review. Impressive opening! I really liked Haley's song and the scenes on the tour looked like great fun. Weeks Go By Like Days has started well.

Julian and Brooke tension already. LOL. Quinn's officially divorced. Millie is being a bitch again. She's annoying now. TAKE THE 2ND CHANCE Millie. Victoria is bitchy and great, as always. Nothing happened with Alexander. Good move, writers. You avoided the clich. He's obviously trying to flirt with her though. Alex is trying to be all nice. Who believes it? No one. Where's the party? Apparently she's an idiot too. JAMIE IS ANNOYING IN THIS ONE. Shut up. This is a silly fight. Julian is annoying me too. I actually think he's clueless. Brooke is being too jealous though...but I guess she's sensitive. He's a knob though. Concert at the rivercourt - like that would happen :/

Soppy friends talk from Nathan. Blah. Apparently we're forgetting that Nathan and Nanny Carrie kissed in season 5? Okay Brooke and Haley. Clay and Quinn are on screen now. Talking at each other. Soppy. Dull. Soppy. It kind of feels like they're making up this stuff with Alex. I don't even like Julian and I think he doesn't have feelings for her. Millie is horrible again. This time to Alex. Cheddar bunnies? They sound awesome!! I do think they're shoving Quinn and Clay down our throats too. Awwww first date. I don't really care. And they keep bringing up this insanely in love thing...Alexander actually seems quite nice. And that look between him and Victoria was suspect. And obvious now I know the get together. Victoria wants to really help Millie? She is soft. I quite like this Alex and Millie seem. The former seems fair more sincere when she's with the latter.

Go away, Jamie. Is this when you get annoying? You ever feel like you want to save somebody? Yes, he does. You, you fool Alex!! Julian is seriously gives her the wrong impression now. DUFUS. Haley's song is quite nice. Aww is old Millie back? I like the awkwardness when Nathan arrives between Clay and Quinn. It's funny. ERH JAMIE. Brooke does kind of need to get over herself. Julian does need to be more clear. Good decision though - they should be alone for longer. Another great song from Haley too. Vaguely cute scene with Clay and Quinn. The writers are really trying. Jamie and his annoying little friends leave. Will Millie go to the party or not? The tension! Taylor. HAHAHAHA. She's funny. This will be interesting. Here comes David. No? Aww Julian believes in Alex. Bless. Erh Jamie ruins the song by being on stage. THERE'S DAVID. Ha. Great scene. David walks in and Taylor reveal they're now dating. CLASSIC. Mouth's back too. Told you, only like...an episode. And then the ending hints that Brooke will get with Alexander. Nice.

Overall. Probably one of the better mid-season returns from the show.

It's six weeks later. Haley's tour is ending with a final show in Tree Hill. Clay has been scouting potential clients. Brooke has thrown herself into her knew design ideas, Clothes for Bro's with the new designer Victoria hired, Alexander Coyne. Julian has been working on getting ready to film the movie he had been working on with Alex. And Alex is recovering from her suicide attempt. And Millie is still a mess.

I loved getting to see Haley perform. In season 2 we never got to really see the tour. She was just gone. We saw her a bit, but never got to see an actual concert happen or really see her in the cities with the fans. I loved seeing her on the bus working on music and having Nathan and Jamie there, too.

I love the idea of Clothes for Bro's. It sucks that this great work from Brooke has stemmed from her split with Julian. They belong together and they'll work it out. I also love Clay and Quinn. It was a little weird having Clay be so cautious with Quinn around Nathan, but I'm glad Nathan talked to him about it and now they can really be together. Their no Leyton, but I love them together.

I'm glad to see Alex doing better. It sucks it took a suicide attempt for us to get an Alex that I like, but either way. I am starting to like her. And I like how she is trying to help Millie. I just wish she wasn't so in to Julian.

And that ending...wow!! Taylor has really done it this time. Going after Quinn's ex-husband. That's low..even for Taylor!!moreless

Not a bad episode The only thing which is annoying me is that Auzzie's voice! "Hey Brooooke, haz it gawing?" Because this review has to be 100 words I'm gonna repeat this truth:

Millie is Hot, Brooke is Hotter, Alex is Hottest!!!

  • Boring.

    5.2
I don't think I've ever been bored with a One Tree Hill as much as i have with this one. These concert-based episodes are never any good. I tuned in to watch drama not to watch some actress lipsync for 20 minutes or to see Angels and Airwaves play.

If only the show would follow through with the Alex/Julian relationship, but does anyone actually think he won't get back with Brooke? They'll tease Brooke and Alexander, they'll probably even kiss, but nobody thinks this is long-term.

That's just the thing with this show. It is way too predictable. Throw us a curve ball for once Mark Schwahn.moreless
