    in this ep of the show one tree hill nathan comes back from florida with a pile of bills and a eviction notice and so the gang throws him a funraiser to raise money for him but its dan who comes to the rescue for him again but it comes with strings dan wants him to have annoment saying his marrage never happened and then will dan give him the money if he does that . i think it was a very interesting ep and it had a sort of a good story and that is why i gave it a 9moreless

Lucas, Peyton and Brooke throw a fundraiser at Tric to raise money for Nathan, but it's Dan that comes to Nathan's rescue. As usual, his gift comes with strings - he wants Nathan to ask Haley for an annulment. I loved Brooke's hypothetical question in the beginning of the episode. Hehe. I like that Brooke and Peyton can joke about the whole Lucas dream. I also like that Nathan and Peyton still talk to each other after their break-up. Good episode! :) Tim is starting to get annoying, though.moreless

Lucas, Peyton and Brooke throw a fundraiser at the River Court to raise money, but Dan is the one that comes to Nathan's rescue. However, his gift comes with strings - he wants Nathan to ask Haley for an annulment. Lucas moves back home with Karen and Nathan moves back in with Dan. This episode is named after a song by Callenish Circle. Moving in, moving out and moving on. Back in Tree Hill, Nathan makes a big decisions about his marriage to Haley... and his relationship with his parents. Lucas gathers evidence to use against Dan. Another awesome episode of One Tree Hill. Can't wait to watch more.moreless

    When Nathan needs to pay his bills, Lucas and the others offer to start a fundraiser for him. Peyton tells Brooke to give Lucas a chance. She is about to ask him out, but she finds pictures of Lucas and Peyton in him room. Andy and Lucas research more into Dan's past. Karen emails Keith. Nathan decides to move back to his house with Dan and also decides to end the marriage with Haley. Dan brings her the papers. Peyton is still sad about Jake. Deb, who is in rehab, wants everything to get better when she gets out. Lucas moves back in and Brooke tells him that they are just friends.

    This episode was great! I really want Lucas and Brooke together! Even though Lucas isn't the best one for Brooke, I still want them to date. This episode gets a 10 out of 10 from me!moreless

    is he crying for brooke? is he crying for something else? why? i hate 2 see lucas cry especially in the 3rd season when he quits basketball after keiths death...Lucas shouls also just quit with the whole dan thing. he tries to make everyones life better by trying to uncover the truth when he is actually hurting them..he should just leave ti alone
