When Dan enters Nathan's apartment and Nathan gets up off the couch, we can see that the TV has been switched off. After Dan and Nathan talk, Nathan goes back to the couch and we can see that the television is now magically on.
During one of the scenes with Nathan and Gary at "Hot 'N Twisted" you can clearly see that the soda machine in the background has only Pepsi as the soda they offer. No food service place would ever only offer Pepsi.
Haley's lipstick gets noticeably thicker and thinner between different shots during the scene where she's dropping off some groceries for Nathan.
Nicki: So what brings you out into the big, bad, real world?
Brooke: Anger, alcohol and a fake ID.
Bartender: Can I get you ladies anything?
Nicki: Yeah, two vodkas. And two for my new friend here.
Brooke: Now you're talking, witchy poo.
Nicki: Well isn't that sweet! Lucas Scott coming to the defense of his women. Oh but wait, shouldn't that include someone else?!
Nicki: (to Peyton) You got a problem?
Brooke: Whoa, Nicki, she's not worth it.
Nicki: Get off me. (to Peyton) I asked you if you had a problem.
Peyton: Yeah, I do. It's called you, bitch.
Tim: What up, Nose?
Mouth: It's Mouth.
(Nathan looks at Haley's tattoo "23")
Haley: What?
Nathan: You're just lucky Tim's here cause I have a thing for girls named Haley James.
Haley: Really? You're lucky Tim is here too.
Haley & Nathan: Tim, go home!
Haley: (to Nathan) I'll kiss you later.
(Brooke is drinking alone. A guy sits next to her. She gives him a fake smile and looks away)
Guy: Buy you a drink?
Brooke: Okay, guy in need of a clue. Here's one. Women send signals and that was a brush-off. Before you dip into your shallow pool of wit, let me paint us a picture and save us both the trouble. Here's your evening. You are going to slink back of to your buddies, laugh this off, get wasted, go home, and make nice with yourself. But don't be thinking of me. Because even your fantasy of me isn't interested in you.
Brooke: (trying to break away from seriousness) So that Nicki bitch is crazy.
Karen: Sometimes romance confuses a friendship.
Deb: Well, I'm off to tell Dan that he's got 24 hours to clear out his things or they go to Goodwill.
Keith: Or else I could help you burn them.
Peyton: I mean we're not really friends anymore, are we?
Brooke: You know, for a fake blonde you catch on slow.
Lucas: Well the good news is, I'm back. Bad news is, I suck.
Haley: (to Nathan, who just wakes up) I had the weirdest dream... There was this rapping at my window at four o'clock in the morning, followed by my boyfriend, who has his own apartment by the way, asking if he can crash in my room. Wait a second...
Lucas: (trying to stop Nathan from being arrested) Look, sir, he had nothing to do with this. He just got here.
Cop: It's his apartment, it's his responsibility.
Nathan: Great, I'm impressed. You learned that in detective school?
Nicki: (Peyton walks over to her and Lucas) I thought I smelled something.
Peyton: Oh that's skank. And... I think it's coming from you.
Lucas: Well I know how you're into this whole 80s metal thing. So I got you the first Tesla record. (gives her the record)
Peyton: Oh! This is sweet. Um, I got you a high five. Do you want it now or later?
Tim: Hi Mr. Scott.
Dan: How's my wife?
