  • Nathan fires Clay

    "Great"
Nathan is no longer a Bobcat. He blames Clay and fires him. I'm still not quite sure if it was the right thing to do because I think he fired him more because he was with Quinn and not because he lost his spot with the Bobcats.

Dan attacking Clay was scary. Why didn't he call the police about it? And how was there no one else on the beach? I agree with Quinn that it was a little funny especially when he referred to it as his baptism and then told him to wear a suit.

I am so sad for Brooke. It's just terrible. She is the one person who has actually said that she wanted kids. Jamie and Sawyer were kind of accidents. Naley and Leyton didn't plan for them. But Brooke has wanted a baby for a long time now and it's just awful that she can't.

I can't believe Millie and Alex. I am not as annoyed with Alex as I was before. She genuinely likes Millie and was encouraging her to stay away from the drugs, but she is wrong to go after Julian like that. And Millie is just like a completely different person. I hate this version of her.

Also, one more thing...I love Grubbs!! He is so cool!!moreless
  • So sad.

You Are a Runner and I am My Father's Son was so good. One Tree Hill has been so good. Brooke not being able to have kids was so sad, and ticked me off. I am a Naley fan, but i just wanted to slap both of them in this episode. I was definitely on Clay and Quinn side throughout the situation, maybe because Naley didn't know Clay lost his wife, and Nathan's career wasn't the most tragic thing to lose in life. I am loving the Millie storyline, i hope she can get through it though. i was thrilled to see Victoria, and Rachel is so ruthless. Dan showed some craziness, yet he showed remorse at the end sitting in the school hallway. Julian and Brooke are amazing together. I am starting to like Alex a little, I hated that she started drinking again. This episode, overall, is a 10. One Tree Hill is love!moreless
  • Dan "baptizes" someone, Nathan fires someone, Brooke contemplates firing someone and Quinn is still annoying.

    7.7
    "Good"
Exciting at times, but the writing for One Tree Hill is just so predictable these days that even an action-packed episode like tonight's can still leave a sour taste in your mouth. What I did like was the lack of bias toward one character's side in the Haley/Nathan and Clay/Quinn scuffel. Yes, Nathan will eventually forgive Clay, but it was just so ridiculous that Quinn could argue Nathan was being ungrateful. Then again that character as a whole has annoyed me.

The Millicent storyline continues to annoy me to no end. Is there any way that we could just get this character off the show? Maybe start a petition perhaps?

This was still a good episode overall, and this season has been surprisingly strong given the cast shakeup, but for the love of The CW, throw us a curveball once and awhile with something unpredictable.moreless

    • Brooke: She must be high. Victoria: No, I'n not high I just had 3 martinis at lunch…o.k. I'm a little buzzed. Brooke: Not you drinky…Millicent! She expects me to pay her 500 thousand dollars to model for this company. Victoria: That's not high, that's smoking crack! Brooke: That's what I said. You know this is all Alex's influence! That little bitch had been a pain in my perfect pilates ass since the day she rolled out of rehab and landed here!

    • Victoria: It's for you. It's Millicent's agent. Brooke: Millicent has an agent? Victoria: Yeah, so do those Spencer and Heidi people. Go figure.

    • Dan(narrating): Who you are is who you are. We're liars. We're thieves. We're addicts. We take our happiness for granted until we hurt ourselves or someone else. We hold grudges. And when faced with our mistakes, we reinvent the past. We reinvent ourselves. At least we try. We're prideful, and we're lustful, and we're incredibly flawed. And eventually, our flaws catch up to us.
