Ha ha ha... Oh, I don't even know whit what thing I need to start. lol. Ok, I'll start with this one - I really, really love this show, but this episode... I have no words. It was THE funniest, shortest and cheapest horror movie that I've ever seen. There was this tight balance between horror movie and comedy, but definitely it wasn't the One Tree Hill. Common, the dead person wakes up 2 times only in those cheap h/m. For nanny Carie definitely the best act of the year, maybe even she'll receive Emmy for the best act. lol. I'm kidding. But in fact I was in shock, watching this episode, especially about the scenes of Carrie... and Dan shot her.. TWICE.. and Deb's act with the bottle.. yeah.. I'm frustrated and I hope there won't be something like this again.moreless
This episode killed OTH for me. It was bad on so many levels, beyond ridiculous. An insult to everybody with a brain. The crazy Nanny story was the worst part. But the other story line didn't save the episode, because they were just boring and predictable. And you have the feeling you watched it all before. The writers seem to think we are all stupid. Why can't OTH have story line with normal people any more? Compare the last seaons to the first seasons. OTH changed a lot. I just don' like it anymore and this episode was the last straw. I am done with the show.moreless
I was so disappointed with this episode. It was very predictable (except for when Deb-bottle-smash bit) which is something that One Tree Hill rarely is or rather used to be. The entire Nanny Carrie thing was stupider than a slasher movie. The Villian not dying and launching sudden attacks. I also did not understand why Dan would be standing outside alone with the body. Surely either Deb or Hayley would have waited with him until the police and ambulance turned up. I know no one is too fond of him but he was in pretty bad shape, it didnt make sense that they'd leave him there alone. It seems the writers have run out of ideas and are too lazy to put any thought into what they are doing.moreless
The Peyton storyline was the worst. It was so obvious that this guy was going to be her dad and it seems like we have already watched her find missing family members. Brooke reflecting on her life wasn't great either. I need some action, I can't watch a whole episode of someone talking about themselves when we already know what they are feeling. I did like her connection with Sam though. Luke telling Lindsay was ok, because it was interesting to see how he would tell her. I liked the end when she said that she had told him, when they first met, that she was routing for the couple in the story. Nathan's storyline was pretty good. It was a little boring at first but I felt so bad for him when he found out they wanted him to coach. I actually liked the storyline with Nanny Carrie and I thought she was kind of scary. I didn't like Deb's involvement. It didn't really make sense that she knew to come. I loved the ending when Dan killed Carrie, it was pretty intense.moreless
In this episode of One Tee Hill the following takes place. This is actually quite a gripping and exciting episode, mostly due to the previously quite boring storyline between Dan, Carrie, Jamie and Haley. Nathan is offered a coaching job at a high flying basketball centre. Peyton believes that Mick is her biological father, even though he told her in the last episode that he wasn't. Lucas goes to New York to see Lindsay about his book being published. He tells Lindsay about his wedding to Peyton. When he tells her it looks as though it hits her like a ton of bricks. Carrie manages to lure Haley and Jamie out to her house. She attacks Haley and knocks her out cold. She then goes after Jamie. He runs, and then Haley manages to come to the rescue. They are soon discovered by Carrie and as they run Deb manages to save the day by attacking her with a bottle of Champagne. But is Carrie dead? Of course not. So as we all think that everything is safe, she starts to attack again, but just then Dan appears and shoots her. We all think that she is dead, but at the end of the episode we see that she is still alive and then Dan shoots her multiple times, making sure that she is once and for all, dead. Peyton makes a meal for Mick, but he doesn't show up. We then see him sitting in a bar drinking, alone. We then see that he is an AA and has been sober for over a year, until that night. We also learn in this episode that Sam (shop lifting girl) is sleeping in the school.moreless
While talking to Mick, Peyton says that "The Joshua Tree" by U2 is one of her desert island albums. There is a song on "The Joshua Tree" titled "One Tree Hill". It's after that song that Schwann titled the show.
Edit
When Haley leaves a voice message on Nathan's voicemail, it's not the same one he hears when he checks it. She says something about Dan and Hospice and you don't hear that.

Carrie: They say we leave this world just the way we came into it... naked and alone.
Lucas: So if we do leave with nothing, what then is the measure of a life? Is it defined by the people we choose to love?
Nathan: Or is life simply measured by our accomplishments?
Brooke: And what if we fail, or have never truly loved? What then? Can we ever measure up?

Lindsey: I guess I was right all along about you and Peyton... but I wish you could have done this over the phone.
