Del: Remember a couple of months ago, when I took you on that blind date? Rodney: Remember it? I'm still having therapy for it?
Del: I don't know what the younger generation is coming to. They can't even swear without effing and blinding.
In the scene in which Del is talking to Yvonne at the bar, there is a line which was deleted from all video and DVD releases due to copyright reasons. It involves Yvonne singing to Del, badly! Del replies "Gordon Bennett, that's my bloody earhole!" apparently being able to take no more. There is also a similar edit where Del tells Albert that some of his old girlfriends are married, and a couple of them are dead. That line was cut out of the Region 2 DVD release due to the death of David Jason's real-life girlfriend from cancer, yet can be seen in repeats on UKTV Gold.
The title refers to the Andy Williams hit song "Music to Watch Girls Go By".
