      First airing on January 10, 1984, the famous ads featured actress Clara Peller who, upon receiving a burger with a massive bun angrily exclaimed, "Where's the beef?

      From the series of ads airing from from 1982 to 1997 featuring actor Michael Vale portraying Fred the Baker. The ad was named one of the five best commercials of the 1980s by the Television Bureau of Advertising.
