Goof: When Scream is leaving the orphanage at the end, he puts his headset on , in the next shot it's not there, and then in the next shot when he puts his helmet on it's back.
(After Scream tells Sophie her orphanage can stay)
Sophie: What did you give up? What did you give up, Sergeant? Are you still going home next week? (Scream is silent) What have you done? (Sophie kisses him) Merci.
(after learning his father is cashing his paychecks)
Terry: Bo, where are you going? Bo, please, where are you going?
Bo: To get my money back.
Sergio: We shouldn't even be talking like this, it ain't right.
Anna: We can talk. There's nothing wrong with it.
Sergio: The more we talk... (Sergio moves closer) the more we... (closer) No, this isn't right. I'm sorry. (Sergio breaks away)
(after Scream orders the boy's chess set destroyed)
Sophie: You are a monster and a fool.
Sgt. Scream: Yes ma'am.
Chess Boy: America, I beat you!
Baron: You're one of the best staff NCO's I've got, I want you to stay. You have something waiting on the outside better than this?
Sgt. Scream: Carpets, sir.
Sgt. Scream: I am the Army.
Smoke: I can translate.
Dim: You speak French?
Smoke: No, I speak bitch.
Terry: You're sweaty and disgusting.
Bo: Just the way you like me.
Terry: Always.
Smoke: I've been evicted.
Dim: Now you're on the other side.
Smoke: Guess I'm moving up in the world.
Sgt. Scream: (Sophie) It's a collaboration - which as a French person, you should be able to understand.
For the first time, the opening and closing "Over There" series title card appeared in blue instead of the usual white.
When Scream explains to Sophie that moving the orphanage is a "collaboration" between the community leaders and the Army, he says that by being French that's something she might understand in allusion to the fact that French citizens who aided the Nazis, specifically through the Vichy regime, were called "collaborateurs." This was the origination of the term collaboration being used in this manner.
