  • By far the best episode yet, opening up the premise of the show pushing further in the direction that the incidents so far are part of something far greater and catastrophic about to happen.

Paradox is a guilty pleasure. Some of the dialogue is definitely cringeworthy and sometimes you have to overlook a bit of illogical stuff happening. If you can get over these, definitely minor, flaws you might just enjoy the hell out of this. Fast paced, unforgiving, gritty and without the slightest try at comical relief PARADOX is a ticking bomb, it's nervewrackingly exciting to see all the pieces fall into place, as time runs out to save the people in danger, most of whom are just at the wrong place at the wrong time. With every episode yet, they pulled out more stops, broadend the spectrum, turning what appeared in the beginning to be a *case every week* kinda show into a 6 part mini-series, that at the end will have puzzle pieces from all 6 episodes for it's conclusion. You can already feel the characters starting to fall apart under the insane pressure, the decisions they have to make start getting brutal. All bets are off at the end of this brilliant fourth episode, and as next weeks preview promises a further descent into the mouth of madness... I'll just go with the flow and enjoy this crazy , over the top piece of suspenseful entertainment that will deliver two more gripping episodes before probably not returning for a second season.
