Paranormal: Haunts and Horrors is a documentary television series that aired on the Discovery Channel in 2010. Paranormal activity is chronicled in this series, and each episode the show would tell a story of a ghost who had haunted a group of people. The show travelled from city to city to find quirky people with paranormal stories that they would love to tell. Also, during each episode, a team of ghost hunters would go into a spooky place and figure out if there were ghosts or any paranormal activity in the place. Locals in each city would clue the show in on where to look for paranormal activity. In a few of the cities that were visited, psychics were also profiled. The profiled psychics often helped police to find criminals and solve crimes that the police had deemed unsolvable. Paranormal: Haunts and Horrors took inspiration from shows such as Ghost Lab and The Haunted.
