AIRED:

Tony and Mike discuss the top sports stories including: if the loser of the LSU/Alabama game should still be able to get a chance to play for the NCAA National Football Championship; their thoughts on Dwayne Wade saying that they loss the NBA Championship because the Heat was playing out of hatred and to spite people, not because the Mavericks were a better team; their thoughts on who the St. Louis Cardinals should hire as their new manager: Jose Oquendo or Terry Francona; their thoughts on if a Penguins teammate should hit Sidney Crosby in one of his limited practices, before he is brought back into a real NHL game. David Pollack, ESPN NCAA football analyst, joins Tony and Mike for Five Good Minutes.

Come on, people are going to hit Sydney Crosby. It does not matter if he is "the face of the league" in fact that probably puts a bigger target on his back. You don't think teams get pumped up when they play LeBron James?

And stop ripping the former SEC player. Luck is overhyped and would not do as well if he played SEC defenses a handful of times a year.

As for the Cardinals, I get the hispanic element, but if they can get Terry Francona they have to take that chance, Pujols leaving or not.moreless
