AIRED:

Tony and Mike discuss the top sports stories including: the start of the 2011 World Series where the Texas Rangers play the St. Louis Cardinals and who they're picking to win; their thoughts on MLB denying the Rangers from having Dirk Nowitzki throwing out the first pitch at game three of the World Series, citing that he doesn't have mass appeal and that their decision has nothing to do with the ongoing NBA lockout; their thoughts on Bryant Gumbel's comments on David Stern's actions as NBA Commissioner where he said that Stern was "eager to be viewed as some kind of modern day plantation overseer" and that his actions were "to show how he's (Stern) the one keeping the hired hands in their place". Later Tony and Mike do Role Play! A.J. Pierzynski, Chicago White Sox catcher and FOX MLB analyst, joins Tony and Mike for Five Good Minutes.
