  • This was the episode to tie up some loose ends, e.g. where is Sara's relationship going, is Camille going to stay mad at Zeke, etc.

I loved this Ep. It was both funny and sad, hopeful but heartwrenching. It revolved around how the Braverman's spend Thanksgiving and was everything you would probably expect. Prior to going to dinner, Adam met with Gordon and found out the Company, where he had worked for 15 years, was Sold. This fact affected both Adam's and Sara's conduct throughout the program. And we got to see the growing closeness between Crosby and his extended family, most notably his soon to be mother-in-law. The ending touch football game gave Adam a chance to express his anger with Gordon's decision and later, Gordon and Sara essentially break up. An interesting tidbit and portent of things to come was Haddie's blowing off the football game to go to the Homeless kitchen - when her mother comes to pick her up, she sees Haddie kissing the kitchen's Director. Other portions of the plot showed Amber working with her grandmother and providing her with much needed praise, and her brother Drew expressing his heartbreak over his fathers' absence. Can't wait for the hiatus to be over and new episodes to begin.moreless

    • Zeek: Let's say you had a girlfriend and the girlfriend is cheating on you and you found out about it. And you were a man, so you found out a way to work through it. But she wants to take an art class – she wants to take it from the person she cheated with. So what would you do? Would you swallow your pride and just let it go or talk to the guy?
Drew: You should talk to the guy, definitely.
      Zeek: Right, right...
Drew: I mean you don't want him to seduce her with his bad hotel art.

    • Sarah: We can't sit Gordon next to Adam – they'll bore everyone with boring work stuff.
Crosby: I can't sit across from Joel because he thinks I stole the play from him.
Sarah: We'll move you next to Jasmine and put Renee over here.
Crosby: I want Renee to have a good time, I can't sit her with the surly teenagers.
      Sarah: We need more... [people]
      Crosby: Kristina!
      Sarah: She could sit anywhere.
Crosby: She's a buffer, we need to clone her.
      Sarah: She's Switzerland.
