  • Leslie tries to join "The Boys Club"

    7.5
This was a funny and important episode. It was the step forward for the character of Ron. It was great seeing Ron defend Leslie from any further punishment she might have received. Seeing Leslie at the hearing remained me a lot of how Michael Scott. One important note while Leslie and Michael share some similar personality traits, Leslie is her own person. It was also a step forward for the character of Andy. Seeing him clean himself and the apartment was very funny. The best part was Andy dumping trash into the pit and waving to the neighbor across from the pit. I also liked seeing Leslie and Ann hang out with the guys at "The Boys Club." Seeing April trying to get drunk was good to see. At the time it annoyed me but seeing the entire series made me appreciate more. This was yet another good and funny episode.moreless
  • A great episode.

Another episode that was really good. I was craving more show time by the end of the episode. Doesn't it feel like the episodes are like really short. Maybe that is just me but still. Pretty amazing. The plot developed beautifully. From Boys Club, to trouble with the law. Stupid interns. The subplot with that girl's boyfriend cleaning up the place for once was pretty funny. I like how the boss stood up for Leslie. Also Leslie is so loopy on the show. "We had an affair in February.... of 2004.... There is some tension still" "Oh right" That was like the best scene!moreless
  • An okay episode with some really stand-out, individual moments.

    8.5
I have to say, I'm pretty interested in this show. It's a shame that it's gotten hit with the "Office spin-off" label, because I think over time, it will shed that and become it's own show. The fact NBC brought it back for a second season says a lot (if they brought back Kath and Kim and not Parks and Recreation, there'd be something wrong with the world).

As usual, I thought that Tom stole the show here. His character is stupid, but not in a Dwight/Michael Scott kind of way. Actually, if I had to describe him as someone on The Office, it'd be almost like Jim. He likes to play stupid pranks and say stupid things to Leslie, knowing she'll go along with it. Also, Andy is slowly growing to be one of my favorite characters. His naked run down the street was classic, and the pixelated edit over his body was awesome.

I think that the show is still on its training wheels and will be for a little while. I'm really looking forward to the episode where it completely leaves the shadow of the Office.

As I mentioned before, I'm looking forward to season 2. The fact it's been brought back makes me rest easy and look forward to new episodes.moreless
  • Oh Q=Where areent though,

    Parks and Recreation,

Boys' Club, - In this episode Leslie trys to show herself off, how does she does this? She puts herself into a "boys club. Trying to fit in and not be the stand out she takes a gift basket from the party. The gift turns out to be bad and Leslie gets in trouble for it. Things get worse when April video tapes her self playing with some of the things in the basket. This is what puts Leslie in hot water. As other officals call to get rid of the group and put down her. In the end Ron stands up for Leslie and she gets off with it. Overall this was an interesting episode not the best. but still an overall good episode to watch and enjoy.moreless
