When the tweet comes out to the public, Council Jamm starts public hearing's to try and score political points which leads to Donna's other tweets coming to light. Leslie is instantly hurt by the messages Donna posts about her.
Ron tries to make a will but does not want to leave all his money to his family and spoil them.
Leslie is appointed Merger Czar as Eagleton is reabsorbed into Pawnee. Each Pawnee government department is partnered with their equivalent from Eagleton as staffing decisions are made. Leslie becomes obsessed with loyalty after Ann tells her that she and Chris are considering moving. Ron and April are able to convince their counterparts to leave, while Tom realizes he could be replaced with a computer program and tries to save his job.
