  • Soda Tax

Another episode of Parks combining both the politics of a local city and on a grand scale with people with big Washington connections, but as always I just don't get the appeal. Weird, weak humor that does not resonate with me as well as it does most of its fans in the 18-49 demographic. I like some of the storylines they attempt to have, but it just doesn't get it done.
  • Local politics in Pawnee rarely disappoint, the D.C. politics are not nearly as funny

I figured Adam Scott was due for a break from the show, but it appears we're going to follow him to D.C. I'm not sure it's the best decision given the strength of the absurd political debate in Pawnee.

The breakdown of local soda sizes was fantastic. And Ron + Leslie heart to hearts never disappoint.
