Was the addition of this cartoon an effort to promote multiculturalism or what? While they might be good intentions I miss the classic "bijou" type black & white cartoons they showed during the first season. At least the Penny cartoons are still there.. but El Hombre? Does the cartoon even make enough sense to follow in the time it's shown?

Since I don't speak Spanish, "El Hombre" makes no sense to me. I think it's a pointless waste of time. Maybe if there were English subtitles, it would be different.

I agree. To me, El Hombre is a time to go get food in between commercials. It is pointless, and I can't stand it.

    El Hombre > Penny cartoons.

Obviously you're one of the older, drunk/high Pee Wee fans if the older cartoons made sense to you and El Hombre didn't.   I don't speak Spanish but El Hombre was a lot easier to understand than those crazy black and white cartoons.

Penny was the best in my opinion!

I guess El Hombre was brought up since this show has someone that speaks Spanish: Ricardo. I can speak Spanish myself. My mom was from Mexico, and the majority of my family is part hispanic.

Overall, I am still sticking with the Penny cartoon because she's cute.
