    The characters are caricatures of cliche sitcom characters (and not in a funny, tongue-in-cheek way.) This particular episode could only be described as a complete mess. I could see where the show might get better, but there is nothing creative or promising about this show with a tired, worn out premise that makes me think it will. The two couples that don't seem to be the main couple were written horribly. I'll watch another episode or two because of the time slot, but if it's anything like the pilot, I'll find something else to do between Community and the Office by week 4.moreless

    Although some scenes really surprised me here tonight, this still wasn't the most hilarious thing on NBC's comedy block. I really can't see this show going for a long time, and I'm afraid to say it, but this show doesn't look very promising overall. I mean we got the a generic show about couples and romance, the only thing new this show brought to the table except the different kind of pacing, but that's about it.

    Amy & Vance's relationship is the most interesting and definitely is the funniest. The other 2 couples are definitely lacking, especially the ones who rely on the book when it comes to their relationship. Will I be tuning in next week? Possibly, but I doubt things will be any different next week.moreless
