Paul: I am.
Della: Well, I certainly hope the District Attorney's office doesn't find out about that.
Paul: They don't have to. They're way ahead of us. Where do you think I picked up this information?
Burger: Perry, I want to congratulate you. That was a fine job you did in court today.
Della: Well, Mr. Burger, you seem almost pleased.
Burger: I am.
Perry: Della, there was an article in the Law Journal recently. Let me quote you the last paragraph. "A well-tried criminal case is a credit to all involved. There is no winning or no losing in the true administration of justice." The article was signed Hamilton Burger.
