I'm loving these old Lost cameos. So far none of them have disappointed. I'm hoping they bring in Jorge Garcia as a person of interest.

Wow Brett Cullen has 100%, I loved him in ST-DS9 - season 3 Meridian.

It is interesting that three of those four former Lost characters (Goodwin, Widmore, and Jacob) were killed by Ben Linus (Finch, also played by Michael Emerson). So I'd imagine John Locke (Terry O'Quinn) or Mr. Eko (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje) would be appearing on the show sometime soon or maybe even Penelope Widmore-Hume (Sonya Walger) since Ben tried to kill her, but like Leon, she got to live. It would be nice to see Jorge Garcia (Hurley).

Goodwin was killed by Ana Lucia.

But Ben sent Goodwin to the tail section and would not allow him to rejoin the "others" so that he would be killed. Then Ben took Juliet over to see his dead body and told her she belonged to him. It was the creepiest romance scene I had ever watched. Ben had her boyfriend (Goodwin) killed so that she could only belong to him. I also found it interesting that the others knew that Ben was going to do something like that. I guess that is because he had a history of killing people either directly as with Jacob and Locke or indirectly as with the two women left down in the looking glass and all the people on the freighter.

Before Locke became the smoke monster, Ben controlled it from the special "toilet" in his secret room. Ben lets the monster out to do his bidding, so yes, Ben killed Eko with the smoke monster as his chosen instrument of death.

Nah the smoke monster probably killed Eko because he wasn't a candidate

Whatever his reasons, Eko died because one person was responsible for sending the smoke monster out -- Benjamin Linus.
