When Keely is talking about Pim's first 100 hours, she is referring to President Franklin Delano Roosevelt and his first 100 days where he passed 15 pieces of legislature.
Goof: At the beginning of the episode, Keely is doing the news report and she ends up with a lot of sawdust in her hair. A little bit later, the sawdust is gone, but it comes back by the end of the scene.
Goof: When Pim gets locked in an empty classroom, you see her ex-right hand man lock the door with a key form the outside. Later, as she sees "herself" on tv, she becomes mad and uses the Wizard to open the door (though in a different way). As she does and opens the door you can briefly but clearly see a deadbolt lock that she would have used to unlock the door, and even then much earlier.
When reading off the duties of Principal for a Day, Keely mentions that the student will be allowed to choose the items for the lunch menu. She then makes the comment: "Please nothing with the word sloppy in it." This is a reference to an earlier episode, The Giggle in which she doesn't like sloppy joes.
The codenames in this episode were as follows: Keely was "White Panther", Mr. Hackett was "Lance Tankman", and Phil was "Midnight Cobra," although Keely suggested "Mr. Fuzzybear" for Phil.
Phil: (Yelling over the shop class noise) THE WHOLE REPORT IS THREE MINUTES! CAN'T YOU WAIT?!
(Phil and Keely tell Ex-Vice Principal Hackett that they have a plan that involves humiliating the newly elected Principal Pim.)
Mr. Hackett: Ooh, good plan. What do I do?
Phil: Absolutely nothing. Just look the other way and promises us we won't get detention when it's all over.
Mr. Hackett: Show me the other way, I'll look it. Deal. Now what's this "Fuzzy Bear"?
Phil: Resistance code names. (Under his breath and gesturing to Keely)
Phil: Not my department.
Mr. Hackett: Ooh! Code names! I want one.
Phil: You don't need one.
Mr. Hackett: I wanna be Lance Tankman.
Phil: You don't do anything.
Mr. Hackett: (Whining) Lance Tankman!
Phil: Ok. Yeah. You're, uh, ahem...Lance Tankman.
Mr. Hackett: Yeah. I'm Lance Tankman.
Keely: I'm scared.
Phil: Alright, next question. "This debate hurls corn". That's not a question.
Lil' Danny: Pim, this hurts me inside.
Pim: I'm going to hurt your outsides!
Keely: It was fun being in the resistance, what else can we resist?
Phil: Uhh how about "Fish Stick Friday" in the cafeteria?
Keely: Perfect! But we're going to need entirely new code names.
Phil: All right, but this time I get to pick. All right you can be Kitten Velor, And I'll be Dash Unicorn.
Phil: Wait, wait no....
Keely: Nope too late.
Phil: Dash Manly?
(Phil and Keely enter an empty room)
Keely: Is everyone here?
Phil: Yes (flips on the lights)
(Keely looks around at the empty room)
Phil: We are now the resistance. We keep everything secret and we figure out a way to break Pim down. Now the first thing we need is....
Keely: Code names! Yeah....
Phil: I was going to say we need a plan but yeah would can do code names........alright we'll call you white panther.
Keely: That is so me! Oh! And you can be Mr. Fuzzy Bear.
Phil: I give you a name like white panther and I get Fuzzy Bear? I don't think so, call me....call me....midnight cobra.
Keely: Okay....okay midnight whatever. ha (whispers)...Fuzzy Bear.
Lise Simms does not appear in this episode.
The fake name Mr. Hackett uses , Guy Gaviota, is the same name used by Larry Tudgeman in Lizzie McGuire in the episode Clue-Less. Considering, Lizzie and Phil are made by the same people.
The title is obviously a pun of the word Principal.
