This is the only episode Phineas and Ferb ask money for a ride in their invention apart from the rollercoaster (as shown when Phineas states that they should have charged more).
Goof: After the giant balloon drops on Jeremy´s mom car, Candace's hair is back to normal but when they get out of the car wash, it returns to the previous style.
Goof: When Phineas states that he and Ferb are going to build the best car wash in the whole dang world, Isabella's shirt is completely orange instead of orange and white.
Things happening on the floors of the D.E. Inc. building when the sphere of compressed nitrogen molecules crashes through them:
1. People working on laptops. There is a bookcase and a large graph, so it could be a library.
2. Two old men sitting in an animation studio. It could be the show's animators.
3. Three men in an office breakroom.
4. Bathroom (toilets).
5. A man siting in a chair.
6. A cat-obsessed lady feeding her cats.
7. A woman and a boy who is playing the piano.
Places where Dr. Doofenshmirtz looks for a battery (In order):
1. An electronic toothbrush
2. A toy car
3. A flashlight
4. Frankenstein's head
5. A "Monkey Crashing Cymbals" toy
6. A radio (He looks excited at first, but then he realizes there's no battery)
7. A smoke detector
8. An alarm clock
9. Norm's rear end
When we see Katie with broken arms from the lemonade stand, the Fireside Girls jingle plays off key.
Isabella and Gretchen break the fourth wall by washing the front part of the screen viewers are watching before the song.
The worker said to Phineas "Just don't blow in the earth's core...". In I, Brobot, the androids dug a hole that they were assigned to do. It could also refer to when Doofenshmirtz tried to make a tunnel to China and almost got caught by lava (Candace Loses her Head).
You can see Bab's Beauty salon when the molehills start growing. (The Magnificent Few).
The machine Phineas and Ferb made was exactly like "The Rainbow-inator" that they made earlier in the series. (Hail Doofania!).
When Doofenshmirtz finds out that the Mountain out of a Molehill-inator is working, you can see Jeremy's Mr. Slushy Dawg stand from Rollercoaster.
The giant shoe from the "Un-Stuck-inator" is similar to the "Who's Blinded by Sand-inator", otherwise known as "Who's Crying Now-inator" (The Flying Fishmonger).
When Doofenshmirtz looks for batteries, he checks in Norm and in Frankenstein's brain. (Hail Doofania! Theme Song)
When Doofenshmirtz lands on the beach in the giant shoe, he looks down at it and says, "Hey! Check it out! An aglet!" (mentioned in the earlier short Tip of the Day)
The Giant Baby Head reappears again, passing a window while Candace is talking on the phone with Stacy.
Musical Number:The Phin-Tastic Ferb-ulous Carwash
Early in the episode, Phineas and Ferb are actually showing off their invention, the Ladybug 2000 Roving Swing Set in front of Mom, but she's so busy gardening, she doesn't notice.
Courier: Hey, here's your delivery, kid. Friction rollers, spot-free rinsers, individual driers, turbo-spray nozzles, jet-powered vaccuum, atomic collider.
Phineas: I suppose you're gonna ask me if I'm too young to use this stuff.
Courier: Nah. Just try not to blow a hole through the Earth's core, or we'll both be in deep doody.
When Doofenshmirtz introduces his invention and gets it to work, it resembles that of the machine Dr. Octavius invented to create energy through tritium.
Perry tosses his hat in order to cut through some support cables, a la Oddjob's throwing hat from Goldfinger.
Dragon Ball Z
After Candace stopped screaming through Jeremy's cellphone, his hair resembled that of a Super Saiyan.
In one scene, Perry jumps out of the building as it was about to explode in a similar scene from the 1995 Disney movie.
During the song when Phineas says "We're even on your TV." there is an AT-AT in the background.
Star Wars: Episode IV, A New Hope
When Candace is scrubbed with some brushes, she gets Princess Leia's hairstyle from the above-titled movie from 1977.
Doofenshmirtz mentions the famous "Invisible Cheeseburger" picture he finds on the internet from the above-referenced website.
The title of this short is a reference to the 1976 song Car Washby Rose Royce, however the actual song they sing in the episode is in the of The B-52's, particularly their songs Love ShackandRock Lobster.
The giant Starnosed Mole attack and eventual departure into the sea has similarities to the monster movie series from Japan.
