  • Though this idea was original, and the fact I was looking forward to it, I thought it would have been better than then end result.

    6.5
This, as of the time I have decided to review, is the lowest score i have ever given an episode of Phineas and Ferb. Now it isn't the worst I have ever seen, but it is up there. Or down there, whatever.

I thought that Phineas and Ferb making a language would be cool, and I admit the song was great, but the execution along side Doofenshmirtz's plot was just plain lame. And I rarely ever have a complaint about Candace, but seriously? Trying to bust them over a language? I thought that was a terrible idea for the writers.

Overall, a fair episode, not one of my favorites, but one of my favorite songs.

what i liked- "Well, time to start implementing", Phineas getting the 'context' wrong at the start, and the ending of the episode. Those are the only three things I liked in this episode. Truthfully, I have not watched this show in a while, so when I found out that they were airing this, an episode I had not seen yet, I was excited. When it had started I thought it would be good, but I just did not like it a lot. The plot was kind of original, but the execution was not great. I was bored throughout most of it and just did not laugh a lot, outside the three parts I mentioned. Hate to do this, but I have to give this a low D. It's passable, but only just.moreless
  • It's official, the writers are running out of ideas

Phineas and Ferb create their own language, Ferb Latin, which quickly catches on. Meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz decides to use Norm as his means of spreading propaganda, believing that it will make people believe anything they read. I'm sorry fans but the writers are obviously running out of ideas and come up with awfully written storylines like this. There are a lot of shows that last longer and yet some of those shows know how to come up with good storylines. I honestly think if we see Phineas and Ferb go to school, the writers will twice as more ideas from there. All of the ideas in the book of ideas on what you could do all summer for this show is used. Okay, we saw episodes that had a giant bowling ball, a restaurant called "Chez Platypus", a recent episode with the darts, a circus, and many more. All of those ideas already being used. Not to offend the fans but I think they either need to put this show to rest or just start the episodes with Phineas and Ferb going back to school where we will hopefully see twice as more ideas from there. I really can't believe what I saw in this episode. Seriously? fart noises are part of Ferb-Latin. That is only childish yet awful but it was also stupid. There are no fart noises in Pig-Latin and the reason I know that is because I have friend who knows Pig-Latin and he said that fart noises isn't Pig-Latin. Norm was a little funny in this episode but that's like the only good thing about this episode. The song in this episode also sucked. Who am I kidding? the songs in this episode are just awful now. I remember when this show used to have songs that you can dance around to most of the time but now, it seems like all that is gone. Candace as usual was stupid and annoying. Overall, an awful episode of "Phineas and Ferb"... it's clear that the writers are running out of ideas. 1.5/10moreless
