When two aliens, Meeba and Grob, along with the space ship driver Queegle crash land on Earth, they make friends with Rodney and Laura Greene. Rodney and Laura work at a local TV station and are the hosts of a TV show called "Kid's Breakfast". The show however is one of the lowest rated ever shows. Meeba and Grob go undercover on the show as aliens while they wait for Queegle to fix their ride, all the time having to keep their true identity a secret.
