  • Notes

    • This cartoon was first aired as part of episode 43. The gag credit for this episode is: Ghost Teeth - Lack of the Teeth's Outer Layers.

  • Allusions

    • John Tesh, who voices himself here, is a well known singer and broadcaster. Tesh announcing during the rythmic gymnastics is a nod to his having broadcasted several of the Olympic Games.

    • Brain: Pinky, no! You got chocolate in my Jack-o-lantronic transmitter!
Pinky: You got Jack-o-lantronic transmitter in my chocolate!

This exchange is a reference to the old TV commercials for Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.

    • Kid in ghost costume: I got a bowl of soup.

The kid wearing the ghost costume with too many holes in it is a reference to Charlie Brown's costume in It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. His complaint here mirrors Charlie's repeated line from the special, "I got a rock."

    • Classical music allusion in the soundtrack: Mussorgsky, "Night on Bald Mountain".
