Pinky or the Brain? I'd say Larry.

I'd have to say Brain...he reminds me of a friend in college, who was one of those evil genius types, like Brain.

To answer the original question, both are equally great. We could learn from both of them. Brain is pure genius in the fields or quantumphysics and such, but Pinky is a genius in a common sense-type way. He sees things for what they really are. Pinky is what you get when you take a moment and just enjoy something without having to think about a million things.

Pinky is the best. Almost had the world leaders give brain the world for his birthday, Was president of the united states, and pinkys plan almost was a winner tell brain foiled it.

Pinky of course! He's one of few cartoon characters who make me laugh out loud and it normally takes a crazy YouTube Poop to make me laugh rather than a normal cartoon.

Haha. That is especially ironic since the writers tried to portray Larry as a useless character who you wanted to get kicked off the show. Nevertheless, Larry seems to have gained many fans who viewed the satirical skit of which he was in. A few years later, the reality of a "ying-yang disturbance" came in the form of Pinky, Elmyra, and the Brain, which is ironic considering that the Larry skit was trying to poke fun at shows that added a useless-to-the-show character to boost ratings.

Anyway, I'm going to have to agree with the majority of people who posted on this topic. There cannot be a Pinky without the Brain or a Brain without Pinky. I love them both equally.

Wow, I clicked expecting to see another "me too!" post. What I found was a remarkably cogent and informed analysis. Thank you. [rolling eyes @] Elmyra. How could they? I mean, seriously... what the H-E-double-hockey-sticks was that about? By the by, I turned my daughter on to Pinky and The Brain, and later to Animaniacs. She loves it all, but her favorite character in all of it is Larry. I think it's due to the absurdity factor.
