Pirate Master: Is it still on?

According to the guide on DirecTV, 48 Hours Mystery is scheduled for PM's usual timeslot. They better not leave us hanging.

I was browsing through my DVR weekly lineup yesterday and noticed the same thing. I don't remember anything from last week's episode that indicated it would not be on this week.

Does anyone know if there was any mention of it not being on this week? Would they just pull it without letting the viewers know in advance?

So if the Jericho fans bombarded them with peanuts, what would the PM fans bombarde them with?

Shows that fail in ratings usually leave the schedule quietly.

My PVR's schedule also show 48 Hours Mystery in its time slot. I seem to remember scenes for next week in the last episode, so kind of strange that it's not on this week.

I hope your DVRs are just wrong because if they cancel PM before the season is done airing I'll be pissed.

Well, ABC in the past has put unaired episodes of cancelled series online, don't know if CBS has though...

I'm glad there was already a topic about this, 'cause otherwise I was gonna make one.

Perhaps either the DVR's are wrong, or they plan on skipping a week for some reason without letting us know, or maybe it's moving back to Thursday or something.

Last Comic Standing did this a couple of weeks ago too...skipped a week for no reason. I don't think it's getting cancelled without any notification.

So much for the successor to SURVIVOR.. CBS unceremoniously dumps Pirate Disaster. At least CBS is airing the final 5 episodes online.

MY DVR shows that is isn't taping this tuesday 7/24 but it is scheduled for next tuesday.

I see the final episode is on august 21st. I will be gone that week until sunday. do you think the episode will still be online that sunday or monday?

Well it's official, Pirate Master has been quietly cancelled by CBS. Below is a news story from the CBS affiliate in Nashville. Rest of the episodes will be available online.
