Too bad CBS messed up another show. I probably will not watch any more episodes of PM as I don't have high speed internet. Which is a shame because if I want to know who wins I will have to read the episode descriptions. I find it interesting that CBS revives "Jericho" which is a CBS produced show but "Close To Home" from their CW partner Warner Brothers which was #1 in its timeslot on at least a few recent occasions gets canceled.
There are so many ways these last 5 episodes of PM could have been aired on TV without sacrificing a highly rated timeslot. They could have just had a marathon over 2 low rated Saturdays to show the last 5 episodes. Or they could have shown them on their sister network CW. They could have even aired them late at night like NBC is currently doing with "Kidnapped".
Another thing that bothers me about PM going off the air is the fact that none of the other networks have abandoned a single summer show this year to my knowledge. Traveler, Standoff, and even On the Lot are all allowed to go on until the end of their current run. Why does CBS want to stand out as the one network who not only saved a show but also was the only major network to drop a show in the middle of its summer run this year?
