Poh's Kitchen is an Australian cooking series with celebrity master chef, Poh Ling Yeow as the host. Poh brings cameras into her Adelaide home to record cooking sessions with invited guests, as the chefs explore the boundaries of preparing international gourmet cuisine. Each episode shows off Poh's cooking techniques and gives audiences step-by-step instruction in preparing some of the chef's award-winning recipes. The season starts with French pastry chef, Emmanuel Mollois, paying a visit to the kitchen and helping Poh refine her almond croissant recipe. Tai chef David Thompson comes to town later in the season, bringing his roti and curry beef recipe to the show. Other chefs who stop by Poh's kitchen include Sydney chef, Neil Perry, Ragini Dey from India, barbecue guru, Ian Parmenter and Antonio Carluccio from Italy. The show's recipes vary throughout the season, with Poh focusing on different types of international cuisine. Poh's states at the beginning of each episode that her goal is to learn a little something "from all tastes in the world." moreless
