Ash, Misty, Brock and Delia get invited to Hollywood for the premiere of the movie they helped to make "Pokmon In Love". They all head to Hollywood (as well as Team Rocket) and wind up at an abandoned movie theater where the director is waiting. After they go in the theater Team Rocket come out of hiding. Meowth says that he will catch up with them in a little bit. As everyone else watches the movie, Meowth walks around town remembering his past in the town and the events that lead him to join Team Rocket.moreless
Marvelous It isn't often that I can sum up an entire episode with one word, but this episode was simply marvelous. I realize that Pokmon has taken a lot of heat over the years for being nothing more than a means to promote cheap merchandise, which is likely true in the later seasons, but episodes such as this one prove that this series once had class. People can say what they want about this series, but this episode was tragic; I felt so much emotion coming from this episode and the way that it portrayed Meowth was remarkable. Meowth has always been my favorite character, so I concede that I am somewhat bias, but I loved seeing him get humanized to such an incredible degree. It explained why he joined Team Rocket and why he is the way that he is, and even though certain details about his life weren't revealed, this episode still did wonders for him. This episode also ended in such a tragic nature; Meowth proved that he could be more than just a crook, yet he was still considered a freak. I can't say more than that without spoiling this episode for those who haven't seen it, but I do hope those who haven't seen it will track this episode down and watch it as soon as possible. I know that my words have little impact on this series' critics, but in in my earnest opinion, this episode was a masterpiece and I believe fans of animation should take the time to check it out. Unfortunately, the plot regarding Ash and his friends was nowhere near as interesting as Meowth's plot, though such is not a huge factor because most of this episode was devoted towards Meowth's plot.moreless

This episode was okay, but not much interest because it only focuses on Team Rocket's Meowth. He thinks about the past on how he was like without talking. He sees a cute female Meowth and tries to impress her, but doesn't. Even if it meant that he defeated Persian, but still he was hated. We didn't even see the film directed from the previous episode which I expected.
This is a Meowth episode, when he learns how to walk and talk and only for love, when he returns and see Meowsy and his old team he tries to win Meowsys love. When he is in trouble Jesse and James appear to help Meowth in a final battle, Persian looses but Meowsy prefers to stay whith him and Meowth returns with his team. Jesse, James and Meowth have to stay together, because without them what could be the reason to see the show? this trio puts the funniest and best moments in Pokemon. Team Rocket, friends to the end!moreless
