The battle rounds of the Grand Festival are starting and May's first opponent is none other then Harley. Determined to beat him after what he did to her, she battles her hardest. Harley puts up a good fight, but May defeats him and advances. Later her next opponent is Anthony, the coordinator who Ash and the others helped previously. She once again pulls off a victory, and must now face her biggest challenge yet, Drew. Will May be able to defeat Drew and go onto win the Grand Festival?moreless

  • May's exciting Grand Festival Part 3!

    May makes it through with the appeals then into the next round, May defeats Harley in a great battle but loses to the one and only the great Drew! The Drew loses to Robert.

    While May was still in the battle with Harley Ash's Snorunt evolves into a scary and tough Glalie. Glalie finally masters Ice Beam attack. Making Glalie an even stronger Pokemon. The Grand Festival ended as Robert wins it. This is indeed a very exciting eppy. I'd love to watch this eppy again. Drew uses for the first time against May his powerful Flygon. And also uses his Roselia. This is an exciting eppy. I encourage other people to watch this eppy.moreless

    Now this is a fantastic episode! This episode has May's battles with rivals Harley & Drew as well as Ash's Snorunt evolving into Glaile, my favorite Ice Type Pokemon! This is one of the best episode of the season and one that you will want to watch over and over again. The battles are great with lots of good moves. A Great Episode!

    Only four minutes left! Banette and Cacturne do a series of attacks, and May thinks that she'll be beaten, but in this case she comes up with a strategy, and now Beautifly and Bulbasaur have their trick tactics prepared. Fortunately all the attacks work, and now they pull it off and defeat Banette and Cacturne. May advances to the Semi-Finals, and the group congratulaates her.



    Meanwhile Team Rocket is trying to choose someone to disguise as, and they pick Robert, a Coordinator who owns a Milotic and a Claydol. Robert is in Team Rocket's sight, and Ash is able to come in the scene just in time. Pikachu blasts the net that Meowth fires, and it's a battle. James sends out Cacnea and Jessie sends out Dustox, and Snorunt tries to do an Ice Beam attack but it fails and Team Rocket laughs at him. Dustox uses a Psybeam which hits Snorunt but also causes smoke. Snorunt is hidden in the smoke, but he also evolves into Glalie, and uses a power Ice Beam to Team Rocket. They even get frozen.



    Back in the arena, May has Combusken and Bulbasaur in this battle. Her opponent has Swalot spit out Pinsir to catch Combusken, but the time is out, and May has more points. She has advanced up!



    But May has a tough part-she has to fight Drew next. He is strong, but May knows that she'll do her best.



    The battle starts. May sends out Combusken and Skitty, while Drew sends out Roselia and...Flygon! May is surprised that Drew owns a Flygon now. He states that he trained a Flygon for the Grand Festival, and to win it. Flygon and Roselia pummel Combusken and Skitty down, but May has come up with creative strategies. It feels as if May will win, but then Drew puts an end to it by having Roselia paralyze Combusken and Skitty, and Flygon uses Steel Wing to finish them off. May has lost to Drew, but the crowd all chant, "May!".



    But in the Final Match, Drew is simply defeated by Robert. Claydol used Hyper Beam and Milotic used Iron Tail. Now Robert has become the Top Coordinator and earned the Ribbon Cup.



    At the party that night, May notices Drew is training instead of having fun. Drew says that if you don't do the right stuff, someone could just pass you by. He also says that Robert is training, even though he got 1st Place. Drew then walks off, saying that he'll try to become Top Coordinator next year. The group meets up with May, and she says that she has one ambition, and that's to try out for the Grand Festival again! But now, it's Ash's time to shine, for he is now going to battle in the Hoenn League in Ever Grande City!moreless
