On the boat to Slateport City, the mysterious disguising thief Brodie returns and steals the Ribbon Cup, which forces officials to cancel the Grand Festival! Now Ash and friends must get the Ribbon Cup back and save the Grand Festival! Not only that, but Team Rocket decide to go after the Ribbon Cup as well.moreless

    Brody a TM member steals the ribbon cup for the Grand Festival and replaces it with a decoy. Since Officer Jenny knew that Brody wanted something valuable, she made a decoy of the Golden Pokeball while Ash and co. say out loud sentences about it to lure in Brody the man with a thousand faces to the decoy Pokeball. Then Brody comes in disguised perfectly as the captian saying that all the Pokemon in the Pokemon Center are being stolen so they go out of the room and sees the real captain and explains everything then they chase Brody around the boat and gets the Ribbon cup back.moreless

  • This episode was very boring and lame. The writers obviosly weren\'t thinking when they created this episode.

    Brody the Phantom thief returns and steals the Ribbon Cup which is a prize for the Grand Festival. While I like Brody and his disguises, there was basilcally no action at all in this episode. He diguises himself as so many people, it would be impossible to carry them all around. He must have some kind of storage.

    This was a pretty good episode. Brody from "Unfair Weather Friends" returns and this is a much better episode then his last one. We finally get to see the Ribbon Cup to, it is a little big but it still looks cool. The plot of this episode was ok but the whole repeating "Brody, the Phantom Thief: line got annoying after a while. It was funny to see Team Rocket's dreams of them claiming the defeat of Teams Aqua and Magman. Overall this is a good episode and it sets up the next three episodes micely. Too bad that Brody never appears again though.moreless

    Still continuing May's journey towards to the Grand Festival site, they're on a ferry bound to Slateport. Inside the ferry May is doing her pose a reporter inside. She highlights the interesting places in the ferry such as the restaurant. As May is so energetic, Brock says that the Grand Festival site should be held near Slateport . Ash cheers for May telling her that she can do it.
