Kyle Maclachlan has been appearing on a lot of comedies since leaving Desperate Housewives and he proved here that he can be funny, but I wish they used the guest stars more than just showing them in brief cameos.
There were some clever sketches today like the music one, the opening song number and even the rats, but it was not one of the stronger Portlandias this season.
The Mayor enlists the help of Fred and Carrie in making the Portland cops more likeable.
