Episode Summary

EDIT
The Rangers grow increasingly dependent on using magic for every problem they run into in their lives, much to the dismay of both Udonna and Daggeron. Imperious unleashes the Barbarian Beasts, creatures so vicious and dishonorable, that even Koragg doesn't like them. Facing one Beast after another wears our heroes down, causing them to repeatedly request Solaris Knight use Jenji to wish them away. But will this ultimate act of laziness backfire, giving the forces of the underworld what they want most?moreless

  • Rangers go down!

    8.8
The power rangers are beginning to become lazy and use magic to cure all their wants, problems, and desires. Meanwhile, something evil is cooking in the Underworld when 4 powerful monsters are released! The rangers manage to defeat the first one but the fight gets to be too much for them and they call on Jenji, who is captured and used to get rid of the mystic force power rangers! I thought this episode wasn't bad. It could've been better though. What was with the rangers' sudden decline in determination and heroism? Their loss of passion and spirit? I want answers and I wan em now!moreless
  • ruined by poorly planned bits

    6.8
It was terribly sudden how the rangers suddenly got lazy where there was no buildup to that in previous episodes. And also the aforementioned accusation of lazyness was thrown around far too much. If you can use a genie as a weapon then you should be able to do so especially since the rangers were being beaten up very badly at the time. However that should not take away from the fact that the villains had a very good plan for once featuring long term planning to get hold of the genie and where the strategy of sending one monster at a time had a point to it.moreless

    • Madison: What's wrong, Toby?
Toby: These balloons won't inflate, the streamers won't stream, and my poppers keep popping! This party is going to be a disaster!

    • Shrieker: Nice to see you again, Koragg.
Koragg: Wish I could say the same.
Warmax: (bumps into Koragg) Apologize for bumping me!
      Koragg: Not a chance, Warmax.

    • (eulogizing an unconscious Koragg)
Phineas: Suppose I should say a few quick words. Koragg was an evil, uh, cunning warrior with, uh, with nice boots, there. Uh, he fought with honor and -- and a nice helmet as well. Not even those vile hooligans can, uh, take that away!

    • Imperious: I wish there were no Mystic Force Power Rangers!

    • Nick: (to Koragg, sarcastically) So...you want darkness to rule the world...but not if they don't do it nicely?

    • Jenji: (grandly) I am the great and powerful genie Jenji! I grant you one wish! (muttering) Oh, I'm going to regret this.
