The RADBUG vanished from the Command Center in all shots after the Rangers exited it.
When Tommy first fights the putties, he uses a trash can lid as a shield and weapon. In spite of it becoming very bent out of shape, when he uses it like a Frisbee to throw at one of the putties, it is perfectly shaped.
When Tommy sits up right after being abducted, it is apparent that the silhouette is of Burai, the Dragon Ranger, the Zyuranger counterpart to the Green Ranger, rather than Tommy.
At the end of the episode, the Rangers are able to teleport back to the Command Center, unmorphed, even though the teleportation is down. (Reply: Alpha may have been able to bring teleportation back online.)
While destroying the Command Center, Zordon calls the Green Ranger "Tommy", three episodes before the other Rangers find out his true identity (though, considering his morphin grid sensivity, it's possible he sensed it out when encountering him. Notice, it's the RANGERS who don't know who he is. Zordon knowing doesn't do them any good, since he can't contact them until AFTER they learn the truth.)
Tommy: (taking the Rangers by surprise inside the Megazord) Long live Empress Rita!
Tommy: To the beginning of the end for the Power Rangers!
Zack: This is bad news. Man! Kimberly: First Zordon disappears, and then this green guy shows. Jason: I think we only got a small sample of his true power. Trini: This is all too weird. What are we gonna do? Jason: Prepare ourselves. We don't have Zordon to help us this time. Zack: We'll have to do it on our own. Jason: I think we've only made it through round one, of what's about to be a major battle. Billy: Hey, look. (The Rangers turn to look at the Viewing Globe as it brings up an image of the Green Ranger) Green Ranger (on Viewing Globe) To the fall of the Power Rangers! I'll destroy you, one and all! (The Green Ranger laughs evilly as the Rangers continue to stare at the Viewing Globe)
Tommy: To the fall of Zordon, and destruction of the Power Rangers!
Billy: I don't think I've ever seen the RADBUG this clean. Zack: Yeah, well, it's gonna be stylin' after: Zack's wax! Jason: "Zack's wax"?!
Jason: You think you're so tough? You take me on! Tommy: With pleasure!!
When the Green Ranger arrives at the Command Center, he has no Power Coin in his Buckle Power Morpher at his waist. It is in his hand, but after the Command Center is trashed, his Power Coin is in his Buckle Power Morpher!
For those of you who are curious as to how Rita got the green power coin, the original series bible states that, after a lengthy war, Zordon and Rita tossed the six power coins (In "Heads or tails" style) to decide the victor. Zordon won five tosses and got to keep the red, blue, black, yellow and pink power coins, and Rita was placed in the dumpster, but she won the green power coin toss, and got to keep it for herself.
Most versions (since as the original broadcast versions) of this mini-series have the onscreen titles as "Green With Evil, Part (roman numeral for the part number)". But during some repeats and secondary video releases, the onscreen titles were changed to the singular-story type ones listed above (ie, this episode is "Out Of Control").
Rita Repulsa makes her first US footage appearance during the "I have chosen you!" shots of her standing about the alley. She'll appear again a few times throughout this mini-series, but doesn't appear in US footage again until next season's "The Mutiny (1)".
The Putties now have belts in the US footage, with the exception of "The Trouble With Shellshock" up to "Life's A Masquerade".
Throughout the rest of the appearances of the Green Ranger, suit would constantly change depending on whether US or Sentai footage was used. The Sentai shots had a strong foam Dragon shield and long black Dragon Dagger holster, but in US shots the Dragon Shield appears to made of a very flimsy material and is much larger, and he either has no holster or a white one with Blade Blaster much of the time.
Jason David Frank begins his lengthy run as Tommy, and his legendary career as the Green Ranger, with this episode. Thus, he gets a "Introducing" credit overlayed onscreen at the episode's beginning.
