  • this was a pretty much ok episode

i wonder if leelee will stay good forever or in the end she would be like hey mom i know all their secrets here they are. toby at least knows now. what if he tells everyone that they are the power rangers. the end was kind of lame where they all group hug. hahaha leelee likes phineas and he likes her back. finally udonna get her snow staff back but to bad there is only like 3 or 4 episode left. leanbow is gonna die oh my gosh but he cant. i think he should help them when the master rises. but the ten terrors have like 5 terrors left i thought you had to destroy all of them to rise the master. oh well i think necrolei will be destroyed by udonna for keeping her snow staff.moreless
  • One of Mystic Force's finest 1/3 of an hour.

    9.5
About Udonna got her powers back! And the ending with Leanbow gives an opening for him to gain the powers of the Red Koragg, aka Wolzard Fire in super sentai. And Phineas kicked butt there! Him and Leelee flirting was hilarious, and kind of cute. Maybe they'll elaborate on that...and what will Necrolai think about her daughter siding with the Rangers over her? To think Leelee was such a brat at first. But Daggeron must have felt really left out when the other six Rangers announced themselves as the Power Rangers Mystic Force. Why wasn''t he included in that? And what will Toby think when the Rangers next turn up for work? Anyway, this episode was great, for once the action was actually interesting to watch rather than just something thrown in there because it's needed, this is one of Mystic Force's high points.moreless
  • The series is better than it has been in a while, but it's still lacking essential "Uumph!"

    9.5
You would think a matchup between the "Power Rangers" and evil versions of themselves would've been a great fight to watch in the previous episode, but the efforts by the other actors were so, unispired! This episode actually happens to be better than what came before it when the rangers lose their powers and three unexpected allies manage to save the day from a rainfall of dangerous, poisonous frogs. Udonna's finally back to being a ranger and the timing couldn't have been better in order to keep the series afloat. But it still seems on the whole, John Tui is the only actor who actually cares about what he's doing as he's the only guy with previous ranger experience on the show, and that was as a talking, anthropomorphic dog! This is still by a long shot better than anything written during "Power Rangers Time Force," the series low point in the inspiration department. That series was so uninspired, it made the decision to make Justin a ranger look Brillant! If the writers of this show can just keep this level of genius up, "Power Rangers" just might live to see the "Light Source" of yet another day! :idea:moreless

FILTER BY TYPE

  • TRIVIA (2)

    • It's not made clear how Udonna, who lost all of her ability to make magic, can harness her Snow Staff to manage to morph. Considering she couldn't even conjure up anything to make a fire recently, and morphing involves spellcasting (and especially since she doesn't have a morpher proper), her quick recovery here contradicts her sacrifice in "Heir Apparent".

    • Toby sees the Manticore Megazord facing Hekatoid while he's in the park, yet their battle is in another dimension. He should be seeing Solaris Megazord trying to stop the tadpole cloud.

  • QUOTES (8)

    • Leelee: You're gross, but in a really cute kinda way.
      Phineas: Aw, shucks...

    • (As Phineas drags a Styxoid across the floor)
      Clare: What are you doing?
Phineas: I'm wipin' the floor with him!

    • Matoombo: When I am through with you, my reward will be very nice indeed.
      Leanbow: You're wasting your time!
Matoombo: I very much doubt that.

    • Clare: Why would anyone want to live in such a dark, smelly place?
      Phineas: I dunno. Cute curtains?

    • Styxoid: No passage!
Leelee: Excuse me? Do you know who I am? I'm Leelee Pimvare. Rearrange the letters in my last name, and, oh, what do you get? Yeah, "vampire." In fact, I'm the next Queen of the Vampires, so...
Styxoid: You're not on the list.
Leelee: Not on the list? Did you not hear me?! One phone call to my mother, Necrolai, and the two of you are so deep in the Underworld you'll be digging down to get yourselves back up.

    • Toby: Maybe if I keep training, one day I can be a Power Ranger.

    • Phineas: Quick! Pretend you're a dessert.

    • Nick: We're the Power Rangers. That's why we're running off all the time. We have to protect the world from evil.
Toby: Uhh...now, you tried that on me before. Now -- now what's the real truth?
All: That is the real truth.
