When the Rangers begin their morphing sequence, the sounds coming from their Zeonizers are more high pitched than usual.
Billy: Man, I can't wait to get back. First thing I want is one of Ernie's smoothies.
Billy: There's no place like home.
(From the outtakes) Alpha: Hey, hands off the suit, people! You know, I was voted best supporting actor on the Internet...
Klank: Good work, Mechanizer! Keep it up, and King Mondo will give you a big reward! Mechanizer: I don't care about any of that! I just want to destroy!
Mondo: This is as simple as pouring oil from a can!
Filming dates include 2/21/96 (some Power Chamber scenes).
Skull's seemingly endless backpack once belonged to Mr. Ticklesneezer from MMPR1's "For Whom The Bell Trolls".
When the Rangers are waiting for Tommy to come out of the warehouse Kat calls, "Tommy, can you hear me?" in a way reminiscent to same line/song from the Who's album/rock opera "Tommy."
Billy: Zordon, we have a problem. This is an allusion to the famous line "Houston, we have a problem" spoken by astronaut Jim Lovell during the Apollo 13 mission, as well as Tom Hanks, who played Lovell in the movie made of the incident.
