  • PT 3 finally they get their new powers

    9.0
after travling to the Ninja temple the Power Rangers find Ninjor but he refuse to help out I think he is lazy or Drunk or somewhat crazy. Then Bulk and Skull must get a new hair cut to be in the police force and stuff. After Ninjor find out that the Powers Rangers need the power for good and not greed. Then Ninjor gives the Power Rangers ninja base powers and the way was easyer than the one in the movie. Then the Power Rangers test out their new Ninja powers and have a new morphing power now is not the same. For same reason I thought that they would say the name of their animal zords name like it's Morphin' time. Falcon,Frog,Cane, wolf,Bear,Ape how would it bemoreless
  • Out of all 4 parts of ninja quest part 3 was my favroite.

    10
My fav episode of season 3, or infact mmpr for that matter. Those ninja costumes look slick. The bulk and skull haircut sence was hillarious, and so was the training/obsticle coarse secne.(Cant remember if the oc was in part 3 or part 4 but oh well. Tengas are the best puddie like monsters in any series. Alot of people hate ninjor beacuse of his voice, ok its kinda annyoing, but hes still cool. Cool new zords, coll new powers (super speed, that clothes fall of teleport trick) cool new charecters (rito is hillaruos). It all made a good season. Season 3 is the best season (I like ninjas).moreless
  • The rangers get their Ninja Powers from Ninjor, and protect the Temple of Power from the Tenga Warriors.

In the episode the rangers recieve there Ninja Powers. I think the Ninja Costumes in the Series are better than the ones on the movie. I like this one because they fight the tenga warriors for the first time and Bulk and Skull start training for the Jr. Police Academy

Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

FILTER BY TYPE

  • TRIVIA (3)

    • When introduced to the Rangers, the Ninjazords appeared to be in a city despite actually being close to the Temple of Power.

    • When the rangers morph in their ninja costumes, their morphers are opened but Rocky's remains closed.

    • The "Neighborhood Putty Watch" poster in the Angel Grove Police Academy's office had a picture of Rita's old Putty instead of a Z Putty, and had a poster of Rita, but no Zedd.

  • QUOTES (3)

    • (the Rangers enter Ninjor's temple)
      Kimberly: Now what?
Ninjor's voice: Who's out there?! I want answers!
Adam: We're lookin' for Ninjor. Keeper of the temple.
Ninjor: Never heard of him. Go away, please.
Aisha: Um, it's really important. Only the great, wise Ninjor can help us.
      Kimberly: Yeah.
Ninjor: Great and wise, eh? Maybe I do know him. (laughs)
(Billy realizes that the voice is coming from a big blue bottle, and he turns to his teammates and points to it)
(he tilts the bottle over and peeks inside to see Ninjor himself inside)
Ninjor: Whoa! Hey--! Get out, I say! And leave me in peace!
Billy: Why don't you come outta your little hiding spot, and tell us where we can find Ninjor?
Ninjor: Why, you snippety upstart! You happen to be looking at him. I am the great Ninjor!
Kimberly: That little twerp is the great Ninjor?
Ninjor: What a rude little girl you are. I guess there'll be no getting rid of you till I come out! Stand clear!
(he pops out of his bottle)

    • (The Rangers receive their Ninja Powers)
Rocky: I am the Ape, mighty and strong! We are one.
Aisha: I am the Bear, cunning and fierce!
Billy: I am the Wolf, silent and sure!
Kimberly: I am the Crane, agile and graceful!
Adam: I am the Frog, courageous in spirit!
Tommy: I am the Falcon, just and able!

    • Ninjor: Now, what do you want? And make it quick. You have 5 seconds.
Tommy: Our leader, Zordon, sent us on a quest for new powers and Zords. Lord Zedd destroyed our old ones.
Ninjor: Time's up! That's a lovely story. Don't let the door hit you on the way out.
Rocky: Wait! We're the Power Rangers.
      Ninjor: Which means what?
Adam: Will you just listen?! The world's in incredible danger.
Ninjor: Not my problem. Go away, please.

  • NOTES (6)

    • On the 2/28/96 reairing of this episode on Fox Kids, the "Previously on Power Rangers" segment was replaced by the first preview segment promoting the upcoming Zeo Serial Sneak Peeks.

    • This marks the first time the entire Power Ranger team shouts out "It's Morphin' Time!".

    • Debut of new morphing sequences for the Rangers, to fit with their new coins. Instead of shouting out their Dinozord's dinosaur name or Zord, they each shout, "(color) Ranger Power!" Their bodies are again covered in electricity, with some of it splitting out into the Power Morpher frame (except when morphing from Ninja Ranger to Power Ranger).

    • First appearance of Angel Grove Police Officer, Lieutenant Jerome "The Rock" Stone. He'll be mentor to Bulk & Skull throughout his run on the show, which lasts until PRT's "Chase Into Space (1)".

    • The Rangers gain the six Ninja Coins, the ability to become Ninja Rangers, and their six Ninjazords (Pink Crane, Yellow Bear, Blue Wolf, Black Frog, Red Ape, and the White Falconzord).

    • Ninjor, creator of the Power Coins, is introduced in this episode. He'll act as an additional member of the team unofficially throughout the rest of the season, until "The Sound of Dischordia".
