  • Tommy as the White Ranger fights himself as the Green Ranger.

This episode is a real classic because the White Ranger and the Green Ranger face off against each other and they have quite and amazing match against each other. This episode also shows how well Tommy can hold his own why the Power Rangers are stuck back in time during 1770's Angel Grove.

Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

FILTER BY TYPE

  • TRIVIA (3)

    • Billy claims he and his three teammates can't Morph because they "traveled back before they met Zordon and don't have powers yet", but as seen in "Wild West Rangers" and other episodes, going back before meeting Zordon doesn't prevent power use. In actuality, at this particular time period, Zordon, Alpha, and the Command Center were all dormant, and thus the Morphin Grid was inactive.

    • After Green Ranger (Tommy's clone) teleported out of the Command Center, there was a control panel damaged, yet he didn't destroyed anything! (This was stock footage from Green With Evil, Part 1)

    • While the Rangers are in the past, Kimberly says something like "Tommy will come for us", yet the last time they seen Tommy, in Part I, he had "betrayed" them. Although that Tommy was a clone, they didn't know it was, and thus they had assumed he betrayed them in the previous episode. So if they figure he turned on them, why would Kimberly be hoping for Tommy to come help them?

  • QUOTES (4)

    • Kimberly: (Noticing who Finn looks like) Hey guys, look who it is.
      Rangers: BULK?
      Finn: (confused) The name's Finn.

    • (After Bulk and Skull wake up in the park)
      Bulk: Where's the wizard?!
      Skull: What wizard?
Bulk: C'mon, don't you remember, man? That lizard-faced guy?
Skull: Did you have beans for lunch?
Bulk: No. What does that have to do with anything?
Skull: You always have weird dreams whenever you eat beans.

    • Tommy: It's Morphin' Time!
Tommy Clone: I was hoping you'd say that.

    • Tommy: If you're like me, you can't be evil.
Tommy Clone: Let's face it. We all have our dark sides.
Tommy: My dark side faded with the Green Ranger's powers.
Tommy Clone: I am the Green Ranger! Only I'm more powerful than you, White Ranger.

  • NOTES (5)

    • Kimberly, Billy, Adam, Aisha and Rocky do not appear morphed in this episode.

    • Recycled footage from "Green With Evil (4)" is used in this episode in the scene where the Green Ranger is in the Command Center.

    • First time the morphed Green Ranger powers have appeared (outside of flashbacks) since "Green No More (2)".

    • First and only time Lord Zedd contemplates having a baby with Rita Repulsa (quickly reversed when Rita has Finster whip up a spell to quell Zedd's desire for an heir). Though, somehow, they will eventually have a son, Thrax, who won't appear until PROO's "Once A Ranger (1)".

    • The rat monsters in this episode were originally intended to be used in the feature movie which was being filmed at the same time. However Haim Saban himself thought they were too low budget for a movie and used them here instead.
