Kim & Trini attempt to shut down a local waste dump with a petition. Little do they realize, that the waste dump belongs to Rita! She's trying to trash the whole world, and has Finster create the Minotaur monster to help protect the dump site. Our heroes learn a valuable lesson in working together, using their Dinozords against the monster individually at first. Though the Megazord isn't enough, new Power Weapons for each of the Rangers, and their powerful combination, bring down the Minotaur. Though the dump site remains active, working together, the teens clean up Bulk & Skull's school hallway garbage mess quickly.moreless

I like this episode a lot

This is a good episode which uses a lot of Japanese footage and combines it with new footage quite well. I liked the story of the waste dump that the girls were trying to shut down and it looked quite creepy.

For a change there was a feeling that the rangers were out matched by the villains who were putting a big strain on their resources.

This all led to the power weapons being introduced and the recuring theme of 'team-work' being vocally mentioned.

All of the rangers are featured in the episode but especially Kimberly and Trini. The zord battles are good and NOT the climax of the episode which is nice to see. The monster reduces itself to normal size again and is defeated by the rangers at normal scale with the power weapons (i dont remember this ever happening again)

So overall, one of my favourite episodes.moreless

Kim and Trini leads a drive to clean up the environment, but Rita has other plans when Kimberly and Trini walk into her waste dump. She also sends the mighty Minotaur to defeat the Power Rangers. Zordon gave them weapons to the Power Rangers to defeat the mighty Minotaur. This episode showed that if you worked as a team you could get the job done easier.
