Episode Summary

EDIT
Despite being warned by Alex that they will not survive the upcoming, unavoidable great battle that will ultimately save the future, the Rangers steel themselves for whatever destiny awaits them, though Wes has other ideas. Elsewhere, Nadira's latest unlawful shopping spree leads to an encounter with Trip, who has his hands full aiding a pregnant woman in giving birth! Will viewing the miracle of childbirth change the bratty mutant's ways? Meanwhile, Gluto finally does something right, as he tracks down Frax for Ransik, who captures the cyborg, strips him of what little humanity he has left, and orders him to pilot the Trizirium Crystal-powered Doomtron. And thanks to the use of that not-yet-invented power source, time holes are popping up throughout the city, sucking in buildings! Will Doomtron wipe out Silver Hills, or will the effects of the anomaly do it naturally?moreless

    Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

    FILTER BY TYPE

    • TRIVIA (4)

      • The original broadcast of this episode featured the two lines spoken by the Cyclobots to Ransik unaltered digitally. They were merely clear lines played backwards, lines which were actually profane in-jokes by the crew. Needless to say, Disney, who owned the show by the time these episodes were in post-production were NOT pleased...

      • Eric asks how they can win the battle without Q-Rex. This means two things... One, that he somehow knows the Rangers can't summon their Megazords, and two, that Eric's completely forgotten that his Mega Battle gives him enough power to fight giant threats without the Q-Rex.

      • In the first morphed scene of the episode, Wes goes from being not present to present in the next shot.

      • Alex commented that only Frax and Ransik were left, ignoring Nadira, Gluto, and numerous Cyclobots.

    • QUOTES (3)

      • Circuit: (referring to the Q-Rex and Doomtron) When they fight, they use Trizirium crystals...and that makes the time holes stronger.
Eric: But without the Q-Rex how can we win?
        Circuit: I don't know, Eric.

      • (Nadira is holding a baby)
Nadira: She's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen.
        (Few seconds of silence)
Trip: Maybe humans aren't so bad after all.

      • Trip: (to Wes) If you can make your own destiny, then so can we.
Lucas: We're gonna stay and fight...together.
Jen: We're a team, Wes, no matter what happens.
