Zordon refers to the Shogun Megazord as the "Shogunzord".
When the Alien Rangers return to Aquitar, their water-molecule teleportation forms appear to originate from off Aden in the Indian Ocean.
When the Shogun Megazord falls forward, the shot is reversed, placing the Blue and White Shogunzords on the wrong side of the Megazord's body.
Hydro Hog calls the Aquitians "Alien Rangers", despite the fact that he's from their home planet. Shouldn't he have just called them "Rangers"?
Lord Zedd claims Adam has found another piece of the "Zeo Subcrystal". But Adam found a single Zeo Subcrystal, which is part of the "Zeo Crystal".
Paco claims he "speaks a little English", but his fluent manner betrays a familiarity with the language.
Billy clearly sees Bulk's transformation into Brat Boy, but along with the rest of the kids, doesn't know the monster is Bulk until Skull reminds them.
The reason he turns to Full-Grown Bulk briefly is because the Earth was merely under a spell to make it pretend to be the past. He becomes his normal self after being de-monsterized, and immediately, the spell takes back its hold on him.
In the scene with the Aquitians, minus Cestro, eating ice cream at the Angel Grove Lake, Delphine appears to take Tideus' red popsicle, and handing him her orange one. But later when the Aquitians and the kids are watching Bulk and Skull fishing, Delphine and Tideus have their original colored popsicles in their hands.
When Delphine and her Battle Borg are thrown back to Merrick's attack, Aurico steps in, throwing a kick then punch, but his Battle Borg throws a punch then kick.
Only five Power Coins are seen falling into Goldar's hand, despite the device that becomes Slotsky being shown to be empty moments later.
Aurico uses a pair of spiked brass knuckles to punch Slotsky, yet this weapon is never named, nor does it ever appear on the show again.
Billy returns to his normal age, but everything else stays in the past. However, in Alien Rangers of Aquitar (2) it is shown that the Rangers have parents who care about their whereabouts. How would they react if their son suddenly showed up about ten years older?
Why wouldn't Alpha just cut the wire leading to the bomb, or put out the fire on the wire with his foot?
When the alarm went off, the Aquitians quickly covered their ears in pain; however, sound is much faster in the water (on Aquitar) than in the air, and therefore there is no way for the alarm to be loud enough to disturb the Aquitians.
In this episode Bulk and Skull do not know Rocky, Adam, Aisha, Tommy, and Kat as they did not know each other as children. However, the last time they were all turned into kids during "Rangers Back In Time", Bulk and Skull knew them.
Young Rocky still had spikey hair in a ponytail.
Lt. Stone's green sedan bears the license plate number KDE 615, however this was the same license plate number as Kim's car in "Follow That Cab", only 12 episodes previous.
After White Ranger had been shot by the Orb of Doom, the tip of Saba's blade was broken off. (Saba never appeared again after this scene (except on the dummy White Ranger's belt in the Power Chamber), so it was probbaly not fixed).
Lt. Stone turns into a child, yet isn't seen nor mentioned again until Zeo. It's possible his close proximity to the Orb Of Doom reverted him in physical and mental age at a higher rate, though.
