How did the communicators work properly without access to the Morphin' Grid that was obviously inaccessible at that time without the Power Chamber? Any number of disturbances in the past prevented them from working before.
When the rangers board the shuttle, it is outside. However, during the next scene, the shuttle is still in the hangar.
Since when is the location of the Power Chamber a secret? Rita & Zedd always knew where the Command Center was, and when it became the Power Chamber in PRZ, the Machine Empire attacked it several times. Did none of the other villains tell her about its location? Even so, making it such a big deal in this episode seems a little odd.
When the Rescue Megazord was self-destructed there was no wreckage anywhere on site. Yet when the Turbo Megazord is destroyed there's plenty of Zord wreckage.
When Elgar and Rygog discover the Power Chamber, what were they doing in the middle of nowhere, anyways?
During the scenes in which the Rescue Megazord is being blasted, the Artillery Weapons on the megazord repeatedly disappear and reappear.
TJ originally called for the Rescue Megazord, but the Rangers instead used their individual Rescue Zords for most of the battle.
Carlos called the Power Chamber the Command Center.
The Rescue Turbo Megazord is able to use the Turbo Megazord's saber, despite the fact that the saber is activated through the Turbo Megazord's Wind Chaser arms.
Despite the fact that the Rangers summon the Turbo weapons individually, the Turbo RAM drives up to them, as if they never summoned them.
Ashley's yellow Volkswagen bears the license plate number DLW 204, however this was the same license plate number as Rocky's red 4x4 in "Final Face Off" from Season 3.
After summoning the Rescuezords, Artillatron was shown arriving in the city, but was then shown leaving the Zord holding bay.
After morphing and confronting Elgar and Rygog, Carlos did the hand gestures but Justin did the speaking (making it look like Green Ranger had Justin's voice).
In American footage Torch Tiger takes in the fuel through a fuel intake valve, which does not appear in Sentai footage of him.
Rygog's checklist of monsters (Lord Litter, Maniac Mechanic, Torch Tiger, Wild Weeder, Wicked Wisher, Voltmeister, Metal Mangler, Metallasaurus, Mad Mike, Dreadfeather, Flamite, and Shrinkasect) lacked any monster present at the training grounds (aside from Torch Tiger). And since when is the giant evil Zord Metallasaurus a monster of its own?! Not to mention they mispell it as "Metalsaurus".
When the Blue Senturion is turned evil, the three traffic lights on his and Robo Racer Battle Mode's chest turn black but those in the cockpit behind him aren't.
In American footage, the Blue Senturion threw his sword at TJ, who caught it. But in the Japanese footage immediately following it, TJ is holding his Turbo sword and Blue Senturion has his sword again.
As the Rangers couldn't get to the Space Base with it's shields up, they planned to use the super-magnet to draw the Space Base closer to them. However in order for it to work the shields on the Space Base had to be down, which was the same condition the super-magnet was supposed to get around in the first place.
Turbozords docked in bay while Turbo Megazord fights? It WOULD explain why the cockpits were different between the movie and the regular series...
When T.J. calls for Rescue Megazord Power, but that's before they've ever made the Megazord for the first time.
